As per most news outlet in America the fire was maliciouly set by a fellow student because her phone was confiscated - she was angry - having an affair with an adult(hope they charge the adult with statutory rape - I am stunned by all of this. My heart goes to all Guyanese. Praying for the families. Thank You Denny.
