I used to have a side hustle as a climbing arborist. Develloped tendinitis on my clutching elbow. Went to physio, dry needling, Art got it pretty much gone. But when I started riding trials and harder enduro, that tendinitis came back. Got same treatment and switched to a Clake One Light Clutch. For past 6 yrs, never came back as hard even after a full day of riding. Clake OLC, look it up ! You will thank me later! As did the several riders who switched over!! 😆
Good luck at Romaniacs this year!

I have a OLC but have tried to get away from it because I have more than one bike and it becomes very expensive and they are not easily replaceable if you do break something. I actually have an install video on my channel.
It is a great product though and for an injury they are unbelievable! Glad it works for you. Clake is a great company!

@@motovalleyenduro Having a light clutch pull period can be a game changer for a lot of riders. My previous bike was a 2012 GG250 & it had a clutch pull like soft butter. A lot of people were surprised by how light it was. Current bike is a Beta with the Belleville clutch and it's pretty close to the GG on the stock setting. I'm not sure why some bikes still have stiff clutch pulls in this day and age......
I do get problems with my right arm, hand and wrist from using a mouse and it can really flare up when riding, (possibly Carpal tunnel?) . Personally, I went old school to get relief; Castor oil. Put a bunch of castor oil on a hand towel and wrap my arm & wrist, then wrap with a heating pad on high heat and leave on for about 45 mins or so. It's like magic & I'm usually good for a couple weeks. Castor oil is a natural anti-inflammatory.... The good thing is that there is lot's of solutions out there, including the ones in the vid.

Ugh, I gave myself tennis elbow in the gym this passed winter. Thank you for the info. I will try wrapping it in addition to my stretches/strength building. Need to be on my bike this spring.

    Chiropractor helped me big time.
    Ultrasound waves..
Hurts but has not came back.
Only 4 or 5 sessions needed.

I had serious tennis elbow many years ago because of playing squash. I used terraband flexbar and many stretching exercise. it eventually went away. Good Luck
