The 2 years applies to after the first visa has been approved and you’re living in the UK. It’s to make sure that whoever is filing for a spouse visa is actually married to the sponsor. This won’t change.
I think if they visit the UK and you spend time together and can prove it, you can apply for spouse visa and they can live there from that point I believe providing you have enough to fund

It's better to do IELTS instead of ECTIS for your HCPC registration since you are a healthcare professional and apply for jobs only after the registration process...

Hey both , Whilst QTS is not legally required everywhere, most schools will prefer teachers with QTS. If you have a degree but have limited experience teaching, you can train to teach on a course that will give you QTS. Or try a finding a work agent in your country or UK and they might transfer you. Good luck.

Spouse Visa inside uk takes 11 months outside uk I think 2 to 3 months.
