The way your voltage dividers seem to be done the following is probably happening: the 4.096 V are guaranteed by the IC output; with the smaller voltage probably the output impedance is relativelly low as compared to the 10 Mohm input of the multimeter; but with the intermediate voltage the output impedance is not neglectable. The multimeter has an optional input impedance of 10Gohm that could be used instead for this measurement.
A question about the banana adapters where you can screw in two wires @2:20. How are these called or do you have a type nr? Also @5:00 those with the test clips are interesting. Did you get these from Digikey? Edit: Found it, it's the Pomona MDP-x series and 3782-24-02 Minigrabber.
Since you're looking into budget but highly capable equipment... If you solder a lot I would highly recommend the TS100 soldering iron with TC, this blows most of the high end soldering stations out of the water for a fraction of the price.

Is this a new model of the 3055, the bumpers in the front of the DMM are the big ones like the X versions have, never seen this on a 3055
Maybe you could do a teardown of this nice LCR meter? There seem to be no teardowns of this class of instruments on the internet.
