today is my birthday so i wanted to do something special! i been wanting to do this video for a while but didn't have time to get to it but this deck was my bread and butter! it was more fun than modern D/D and it didn't lose to a single imperm (it was nib/dark ruler or bust pretty much) i rememeber summoning kali yuga under mystic mine, siding prohibition to call super poly and dark ruler using this deck. there was alot of innovation in old d/d (not so much in modern d/d which is sad) like all the formula targets or other synchros you could play or techs in the main deck. the deck was all gas but post 2022 support it became "a better version" but just not as fun as it used to be. modern d/d is still fun but it just can't compare and you'll only ever know how special this deck was if you experienced it but that's in the past now. this deck is why people say D/D is a hard deck because what i showed you is only a glimpse of what it can do and there's literally too many lines that i can't show all in 1 video. if this deck ever gets support, they should add back the synchro focus a bit to make the deck more flexible like before.
Feliz cumpleaños compañero main D/D/D, yo justo me metí de mas al competitivo de yugioh con esta versión del mazo y me trae muchos recuerdos de experimentar diferentes formas de optimizar las jugadas synchro qué podía hacer llegar a hacer el deck, es una hermosa rememorando de una linda época en el juego para mi. El D/D/D moderno aun tiene una compleja línea de posibles jugadas pero nada se compara a la época donde ni con dos extra decks se podría explotar al máximo el potencial del mazo.
Happy birthday. It's refreshing seeing a D/D/D channel amongst all the hero players and your duels are very interactive and entertaining. Watching your videos made me think about old D/D/D and how fun it was even though it was really difficult, so I got excited seeing this in my inbox. I hope you keep doing what you're doing because it's a treat to watch and genuinely makes me want to pick the game up again.
This brings me back to the good old days post structure when the deck earned it's "hardest deck to play" title, thank you for the fun memories fellow d/d/d main!
My favorite deck from the yugioh anime series I love the complexity and it's high learning ceiling while I didn't have the patients to learn this deck I will always love watch those who do out of sheer respect alone

@@exoticadrago6048 i remember stopping because i couldn't handle it anymore (i was very f2p, only spent on some accessory sometimes but gear and stuff was all grind) the game and it's mechanics became too fast for me around the time they introduced laby. i really liked this game during and pre transcendence era but maybe i'll return to it one day.

without halq it's not worth (this version of the deck is basically dead and if you play without halq then you're playing D/D from 2016)
