Was this played live or recorded? Also want to know more about the setup. If I'm reading correctly, you have a Strat going through the ENGL Cabloader, before going to the Rokit? Do you need like an audio interface before plugging to the Rokit or can you go direct with XLR? Sorry if I sound stupid but I'm really new to playing the guitar.
Hey there, it was recorded with my ENGL E570 preamp and Cabloader. I think you're wondering if Cabloader can generate these sound alone. The answer is no. Cabloader is just an IR loader/DI Box. Hi Bagus, this is how I have been using them for over 2 years. Unfortunately, I can't have guitar speakers at home. I live in a very small flat. If I had the space, I would even go for bigger versions like 7 or 8. But even this model is pretty much overkill. I think they sound great, but positioning them is so crucial in the room. I'm still exploring. :)
