Why are you assuming that a single speed factor was used throughout? You're also selling short the virtues of choreography, practice, and sheer determiniation :) I'll grant it probably was slowed down some, maybe 25% after the clearly sped-up opening sequence with the girls from Perfume.
I don't think this is the real speed. I think the actual making of the video was slower but this is not the speed they did it as. They must have done it a bit faster
