It’ll soon be a year next month on Aug. 8th since she’d passed away from Breast Cancer. RIP Aunt Rami 😢💔🙏🏽
I played the LM games pretty much backwards. So I’m 80% through the first game only now. Boy o boy was this a glorious treat! The eerie-ness, the unnerving darkness, the suspense in discovering a new room, the very creepy looking humanoid-ghosts, which, cos of GameCube graphics, are all slightly blurry which adds to their untold mystery. I loved 2 and 3 but by God, this game is truly special.
Honestly, as great as Luigi's Mansion 3 was, Luigi's Mansion 1 has such a unsettling, disturbing vibe to it that just fills me with the best kind of dread possible. Maybe it's the music. Or the artstyle. Or the ghosts themselves. Maybe it's just the nostalgia for my days as an easily scared child. One thing is for certain though, the sequel was the worst one.
3 doesn’t look good either tho and the reason Luigi’s mansion 1 had a creepy vibe was definitely the art style the new games look too colorful this game looks dark
