    So many videos showing this or similar designs, this is the first I found that actually showed all the internal parts and how they work.

      Thats why I did it. I think it's important to document information in the hobby. Since we don't have a forum anymore this is my only outlet. I dont think social media is a good way to document this kind of info. In the old days the video would be accompanied by a nerfhaven post too

      @@foam_blasterhow did you get the orange rubber membrane? I want to make one of these that is 3d printed. I have already made a core and I have realized it’s really similar to your first version. I really wanna make HPA nerf more accessible by producing a better core.

    Smart design, though I don't Specure was overly concerned with getting his fantastic product to the states, so far as I could ever tell. I suppose shiping was nearly as much as the product.

    After all these years, I am always shocked to see how few subs you have, in light of the astounding mods that you do, never mind the progression in technology and manufacture that you have brought to the hobby.

      That's definitely one of the most fun aspects of this bobby. You see so many hyper-talented mechanical engineers doing it. Louiec3 was another big one. I wish I still had his photo bucket link. He was doing precursors to stuff like this nearly 15 years ago now. The build quality of these designs are amazing too. Some people like nerfomania and Daniel do such nice work for the price.

    Amazing work, these parts must take you hours to machine 😱
    I'd love to see how the v2.1 fits into a blaster eg Ret/Recon?

    Untuk yg kedua sepertinya itu cara kerja QEV,dan anda memerlukan 2/3 Valve, beda prinsip kerja nya dengan yg pertama 😊

    Where do you get the gasket from? I've got a lathe and want to make my own HPA core, but the gasket looks very.. specific. Is that printed TPU or a purchased part?

    • @foam_blaster
      @foam_blaster  16 днів тому

      @@CallmeSam00 it is a purchased part. They can be found at pneumatic stores. Find a qev valve with suitable specs then find the rebuild kit for it. The kit will come with the diaphram needed to make a hpa core

    Where do you get that rubber diaphragm? The closest match Ive found was a bass diaphragm but i’m afraid it wont work the same as yours

    • @foam_blaster
      @foam_blaster  Рік тому +1

      I dont think that will work. You need a diaphragm made for quick exhaust valves. Ill look for the part number

    This one quite is similar to a Supercore isn it?

    • @foam_blaster
      @foam_blaster  Рік тому +1

      Yes exactly the same design. It does not share any dimensions. Its not a 1:1 copy. I have never seen a supercore but it works in the exact same way. The only difference is this is imperial and I added a bronze bushing in the front to guide the ram
