Just had one delivered by advantage lift and assembled ,I’m just so happy in this day & of scams to be able testify ,that I’m impressed in all aspects way beyond my expectations ! So glad l carefully watched videos on comparisons and overall quality of overall design ,materials craftsmanship and precise metalworking strength . This lift is bedrock solid (no wobbles) and l feel completely safe under it with my 1957 belair 2door hardtop my first car purchased in march of 1968 pushing high up near the 12’ barn ceiling !

Btw, do they make a 2 car platform? Or would I need to but two separate lifts together?
how much does a lift like this one cost, and can I put one on one side of my garage if the garage is only 17 feet wide? Do you think it would block the access of the second car (an SUV)?
The main concern here you need to think about is the height of the garage. For this XLT lift you would need a minimum of 12' ceiling height. The width of 17 feet wide you are fine to park an SUV next to the lift, that's not an issue inside your garage. We do have a Classic lift in our Backyard Buddy line that only needs 9' ceiling height so that is an option. On a NEW 2024 unit will the drip pans fit with the tracks set at the "overall width track to track" 79" adjustment?
The drip trays that come with the DX-9000-XLT will not fit on the wider setting. Our Drip Tray Extensions provide an easy solution to still allow use to use your drip trays! You attach the extension pieces to your drip tray using pop rivets and one set includes 8 extensions to modify 4 drip trays. Check them out here: www.advantagelifts.com/products/drip-tray-extensions
Anyone know on the 9000 xlt are the cable pulleys ball bearings or bushings with grease zerks?? Thanks
They are bushings!
Too bad I can no longer afford the lift with the new ALI cert pricing. I was going to pull the trigger with my March 2022 bonus but the cost is now $2300 bucks more than it used to be. I will have to look at other options now.

@@advantage_lifts No, the lifts are completely out of my price bracket now. Sucks because I am retired from the Military now and thought I would be knee deep in projects now. I am still working on the floor with jackstands unfortunately.
Where are these manufactured ?
We manufacture the Advantage product line in China, however we have just received ALI Certification for build quality, and safety. Furthermore, we have an All American Made product line called Backyard Buddy that we manufacture at our facility in Warren, Ohio. So, we have two options and of course when you make everything in the USA your pricing is going to be a little bit higher.

Ok. So this really confusing. Advantage says on their website “Manufactured and assembled in Ohio”. The gold sticker in the video says “Manufactured in China”. What gives?

Advantage Lifts is Made in China, Backyard Buddy is Made in USA in Warren, Ohio. That's the difference. Sorry for any confusion.
drip pans don't fit with the XLT I've never been able to use them In your video you dont have the right runner in the out side holes. the drip pans are useless!

Let me be a tester....cause third party gold stickers means nothing to me it's what I can put it through.... also you talk of a "5yr" warranty but you don't speak to what the "warranty is and cover's" ..... Making videos of "talk" versus actual knowledge for people is kinda catch bait sales in my opinion....I'm from the "show me state" so show me the small print and full warranty and also a free 1 yr test...if she holds up.... maybe I'll purchase from your company.... lemme know 😊
Go to the website and do some research or chat with sales people Advantage Lift online. Then you can either cough up the cash or move on. Hopefully you don't wait to be shown instead of find out on your own. Best of luck.
