    Sir can adhoc employees be regularised from back date? like one apppinted in 2008 and regularised in 2022 from back date i.e. 2011..? And if so then the employees who have been recruited by regular way in 2018 will be affected as seniority comes after the irregular employees...is there any way for regular employees so as not to affect seniority?

    We are working in a Corporation which is incorporated under state of Punjab. At the time of our appointment, 10 posts are advertised in various newspapers. only 6 persons included me, have been applied against 10 posts and we all were selected through interview by a 5 members committee. There was no one has challenged our appointment. We all are seeking requisite qualifications for the post but after 10 year of service now Management said that our initial appointment was irregular because no written exam conducted and no reservation policy followed that time. We are pleading that we have fulfilled all the requirements and gone through all processes which were organized by the management that time. We did not know about the due process of appointment and we have followed the order of management. My question is that our initial appointment is irregular or regular according to law whereas management was responsible for not adopting the reservation policy and not conducting the exam. Kindly help us.

    In west Bengal State Legal Services Committee under District Legal Services Authority I hold a Contractual Post as LDA as Secretary cum Accountant since 2014 having passed written,Viva, Medical...as cadre 'C'. I have completed 6 years of service as like regular employee but there is no basic pay,no DA,no Medical Allowance that a regular employee avail. What shall we do ?

    Sir, I am serving in central govt depart since Apr 2005 (18 years) on the post of clerk. The initial appointment letter was signed by an appointment authority. My selection was carried out with written test and computer test and their after I was appointed. Can I claim for regularization.

    Sir I'm working as a DLR from 2015 after my 12th class education . Now I have worked almost 5 year. But at this mean time also get graduation in civil engineering. Do I eligible for Assistant engineer(civil) post as it it a sanctioned post also for Dlr . Cause my current qualification is as a civil engineer in 2019 .But i never appointed as a civil engineer at the first assignment. Thank you

    sir i am an engineering aspirant and recently i have been selected as a junior engineer along with 400 JEs on contract basis for 3 years in namami gange evam gramin jalapurti mantralaya. it has been two months of working but as i am an aspirant, i want to know that after three years can we become permanent. our job is to supervise the works under JAL JEEVAN MISSION. the target is to complete all works till 2024 but it can't be.
    so please tell us can we become permanent?? the entry was fair.notification was out in newspapers and sewayojan portal and we were selected by interview and merit

    Sir hmra contract 180 days ka hi he joki 240 days se kam he .gov ko pata chl gaya he ki ye log 240 days baad permanent ka maang karenge.abb muje lag ra he ki permanent ke liye regular 240days tak kaam karna hota he 180 days ka inhone rakha he phir kuch gap karke extend karege contract

    सर मैं 2004 से 2006 तक कॉन्ट्रैक्ट पर था सरकारी विभाग में । बिल्कुल एक रेगुलर अपॉइंटमेंट की तरह एग्जाम देकर संविदा पर लगा। फिर 2006 में एक दिन के लये टर्मिनेट करके उसी पोस्ट पर रेगुलर जोइनिंग दे दी गई और पिछली 2004 से 2006 की सर्विस काउंट नहीं की गई।
    क्या मैं अब 2022 में इसके लिए न्यायालय जा सकता हूँ। कृपया बताएं 🙏🙏

    सर हम पटना विस्वविद्यालय में 8 महीने से Guest Assistant Professor है।नियुक्ति में सारा प्रक्रिया U.G.C. के नियम के तहत हुवा है।क्या सर हमलोग भविष्य में परमानेन्ट होंगे कि नही।या विस्वविद्यालय जब चाहे हमे परमानेन्ट नियुक्ति होते ही हमे हटा देगी।आपकी क्या राय है सर।

    Sir me DDA me last 3 years se AAO ki regular post par as AAO (Consultant) regular routine kaam karti hu. Sanction strength k against me. Meri age bhi 33 yes ho gae h. Kya me apne liye regular hone k liye koi strong base bann sakta. Quki last year DDA me same post par regular recruitment ki h. But sanctioned strength fir bhi fulfill nai hue h. Salary bhi kam h humari. Koi achi so Salah dijiye. Regards.

    The selected persons will have to submit undertaking that he/ she will not claim for permanent engagement during the time of their joining....Sir iska matlab samjhayenge please.. aur agar undertaking liya jata hain toh hum case kar sakte hain ya nahi... Ye exam regular basis pe hua hain lekin pilhal contractual hain for Two years.

    Mein Delhi Disaster Management Authority ke liye 2014 se DEO ki post per kaam kr rha hu! Hamari post worthy Lieutenant Governor, Delhi ke dwara har bar 1 saal ke liye sanctioned kr di jati hai. Or aisa 2005 se ab tk hota aa rha h! Kyo ham kabhi inn post per permanent ho skte hai !

    Mai 2013 2nd may se ek office mai contractual basis pe kam kar raha hoon. As a field assistant. Lekin mera nokri extension par hi chalo hei. 11 months, 6 months, 3 months la bhi extension deta hei. Sebse bada bat yehi hei ki ek extension se dusre extension ke bich 1 din gap day rehta hei... kya mei regulation ke liya demand kar sakta hoon ? Sir please reply...

    Sir mai jharkhand me tgt teacher qualified hoon par obc certificate mere dwara co level ka jama ho gaya.jabki jeev dwara sdo dwara issued certificate submit karna tha.jiske karan jssc mere reservation ka dawa radd kar diya.kya hum jeev ko challenge kar sakte hain.

    वकील साहब मैं हरियाणा में पानीपत की एक एजंसी के थ्रू क्लर्क लगा हूँ और मेरा इंटरव्यू भी एजंसी के मालिक ने लिया था कि उनके दिए जोइनिंग लेटर पर सिर्फ govt. Contractor लिखा है और मेरे डिपार्टमेंट के पंचकूला हेड ऑफिस ने इस एजंसी से 18 क्लर्क मांगे थे उनमें मुझे भी क्लर्क की जॉब मिली एजंसी बोलती है कि मैं Menpower part -1 के थ्रू हु कृपया आप बताए कि मैं शेनक्शन पोस्ट पर कार्य कर रहा हू या नही

    Sir agr koi contractual misbehave krta hai aur uske khilaf Appointment authority ki taraf se explaination niklta hai, fir dobara next year same posts ke liye Advertisement niklta hai merit list banta hai interview hota hai, interview mai uska selection nahi hota ,,aur kisi ka selection hojat hai aur wo joined krleta hai ,,,Lekin pehla wala uspe stay lata hai dusre wale ki joining ke baad stay aata hai lekin jiselne abi joined kiya hai wo b aappeal dalta hai court mai to dono ke haq mai legal faisla hoga ..

    5,6 साल बीत जाने के बाद भी छत्तीसगढ़ विधुत विभाग में सविदा कर्मचारियों को रेगुलर नही किया जा रहा है सर् जी जबकि छत्तीसगढ़ सरकार अपनी चुनावी वादा किया था कि सत्ता में आते ही10 दिनों के अंदर रेगुलर कर देंगें।

    Maine district court up me continue 3 years ad-hoc pr class 3rd employee tha high court se 6 month ka extension aata rha, isi wajah se mai 3 yrs se adhik job kiy...     this is for only govt. employee .
    But one Supreme Court is showing that it is for private employees also.

    Sir I have been selected on contract basis against floated regular advertisement by central university of punjab. I am working since 2016. my contract is renewed in every 89 days with one day break. Can I go to court to claim my permanent job.

    Can the fast track court employees on contract basis go for court to become permanent? And what about the supreme court statement that those who are working under contractual and daily wages basis are not eligible to ask permanent nature. Please clarify about this statement

    sir mujhe 12 year ho gye hai pwd department me work krte hue ....meri posting non sanctiond hai......or appoinmemnt bhi back door hai but humara office order tyar hua hai.....abhi 2022 me new xen aye ne or hume nikal rahe hai....humari salary one moth two monthr three month sanction lgane se ati hai...but ab hmari santion band kr di gyi hai or hume niklne ko bol diya hai...abhi hum kya kre sir plz reply jrur krna
