i started using Ableton a month ago i use to produce with Logic... i cant go back the push 2 is amazing especially when sampling! ! its a game changer!!!
- SweetScale TV - I did the same the other way around. Went Logic, Sold the PuSh 2 , put Komplete Kontrol S + Serato for sampling. Better workflow. Waiting for Maschine standalone unit this year ;)

Your presentation has moved me from absolutely lost with the entire package, to a basic understanding articulated in a way that I could understand . Great job. So true, ive been watching videos for weeks on UA-cam and all of the tutorials including the ones put out by ableton and I was not able to understand anything beyond turning it on and hitting a sound only to attempt again after pressing a button to find out I have no sound. Your method of communication is superb. I steered away from your UA-cam videos as the puppet was something that repelled me. Until I finally had the courage to get past my limiting beliefs . Great job teaching us how to overcome obstacles, limiting beliefs and preventing me from trashing ableton and push and sticking with it. Gracias,

Great video long time fan and I would love more push videos. Would like to see more in the way of sequencing melodics on the push not many cant find anyone with videos that tackle that subject they all center around drum sequencing. Which much easier to grasp. I'm referring to melodic step sequencing to be specific.

Initially I wondered why you chose to use individual channels for drums as opposed to a drum rack but then it kind of makes me want to start using that method for things like tuned kicks. The drum rack interface in the push is a great way to sequence and interact with your drums though, probably one of my fav features on my old 1st gen push and one of the primary reasons I still use it to this day. Have a play with it if you haven't but you definitely gave me some new ideas to play with in this vid (like the pitch bend on hats and how to do it so simply)great vid as always dude

Do you know how awesome playing a layered guitar is with that pitch bend strip, you can shred on push...can't wait till you explore this stuff. Put it on the other scale view where every note is in scale and then shred. Excited for ya.

this is good also A for effort with the whole puppet thing you even use the hands and shit that’s gotta take ages, i do think that you need to use some EQ on the 808 and bass drum cause it felt all a little bit overcrowded
