- Little update on my attempt at getting back in shape. I've got myself a new toy that will help me try an exercise I've wanted to implement for years now.

Class! I could actually use those as they would work my arms. I always wanted to be able to do that. There’s a girl on UA-cam who is a fitness instructor for wheelchair users and one of the exercises she gets us to do is move our arms as if we are using a skipping rope 😂 Using these would make it more of a challenge and strengthen my arms a bit more. I’ve done something to my back at the minute. Not sure what I’ve don’t. Probably down to bad posture. I’ve been sitting with a heating pad at my back 😂 So I won’t be doing much in the way of exercise for a while. Feel for you with the sore hand.
