  • The video shows a GE U25B made by Weaver/ Quality Craft Model Trains pulling a string of boxcars along the O scale Union City Line. The boxcars came from KMT, Frank's Roundhouse, Williams, and AMT/ Kusan. The caboose is a Lionel product.

You’ve got a beautiful hi rail layout there. I’ve subscribed and I’m looking forward to seeing more. Keep up the good work!

Hey ,hello dear friend . Thank's very much for your reply that really help me . Yes, me too i use OLD postwar ZW to operate most of my postwar lionel diesel locomotives and some lionel
not too old with sound board with modern pulmor motor . So, the reason of my question about the AH 101 B MRC 270 watts is because it sound like this transformer is not 100% good
with locomotives like MTH ,WEAVER and some others ? Supposedly due to the differences of output like ( CHOPPED )sinewave and (PURE) sinewave ? Me too ,i can't see why it wouldn't
work either but it is really necessary for me to continued to investigate on that MRC that supposedly good only with POSTWAR engines ? I dont want to damage my weaver circuit sound board inside that one . Thank's again for your help and reply . Cheers .

Nice layout . I'm wondering if it was good to operate mine with an MRC 0/27 dual power transformer no- AH101B ? some train guys said no some said yes ? What kind of
transformer you have to operate that weaver U25B ? Thank's .

Thanks for watching! I use a 60 year old Lionel ZW plus an even older Lionel 90 watt and both operate the U25B just fine. I don’t know much about the MRC, but I can’t see why it wouldn’t work either.
