If you mean multiple boss health bars on the top: the addon is called "alternative boss bars". If you mean vertical boss HP of the left side of the screen: it the a setting in the addon "crutch alerts". Otherwise it is pretty standard LUI extended

As a console endgamer on a minimum of 200+ ping and typically 15 fps i cant even imagine spamming buttons like this lol. My character would just freeze n do nothing. Ggs nonetheless
