You are a Hero. Please make a video for air connections, plumbing connections and electrical connections of Vapour Blaster 800 P
I'm building one. I have my pump set up but built a stand for it. I didnt know you could just have it set on the bottom submerged in rested media. That how VHT builds them? I may do this then.
nice job
I have the same machine thanks for making this video I was kind of wondering how to change it over. And clean it out. I couldn't find Nothing from the company
could you run the slurry pump for a few minutes before draining, so that the media would be in suspension when you opened the valve?
I have the closed-loop system so thanks for making this video and just wondering you're out in the US how much do you charge per hour for doing your custom work.
This video is so helpful...Thank you for this there is almost no other video that shows you a real world change out on the unit. I cant to start using mine man..Great Vid.. Just one question though..You were using this same glass bead to strip the powder coat..How long did it take. I only ask because i ordered another abrasive for paint removal.
Well I figured to use the same for everything since changing it takes like 30 minutes. It will take it off fast enough. I would estimate twice as long as just cleaning dirt off aluminum.
Ok thank you..do you vary your air pressure muvh and what is the air pressure you use?
No I leave it at 100
I think they say use 90
Money is an Illusion 100 static psi? How much does your regulator show while blasting?
hello, good evening, what number of microspheres do you use and how much per liter of water, thank you, very nice job
hey man really nice video.
did you use the original media for 30 hours???
is the balloteli very good??
It was glass bead I ended up adding like 10-16 oz of aluminum oxide to the mix just so it cut through stuff faster
what the name of pump is incide?
Details of slurry pump and plumbing assembly and electrical wiring. Details of connections
hi bro, sorry, I'm back again to ask, what type of sand and what size to remove paint, rust and crust?
Anyone know how much that pump costs? Model # , etc?
Do you blast for personal use or commercial to you make money with it? What model machine is that it looks like a plastic tank? Thanks
There’s an older video called vapor blaster setup that shows everything
That takes forever. Why not use a wet/dry vac to get the majority of the junk??
In your video at 13:49, what material do you use, please tell me.
Look at 4:10 and the title of the video
how many gallons of water is that to the 25lbs of glass bead
I don’t know I just used a hose to fill it to the overflow drain hole at the top of their tank
What kind of sand do you use, 12-13?
In the title of the video
hello.sir
what chemicals do you mix in the water?
Just water
⬆ Magnific ☻
Thanks
This video is very helpful. Thanks a lot. Can you please share the knowledge base.
What would you like to know?
All the technical info
Please help me sir. Share the knowledge base.
I want the knowledge base for my personal use only.
@@MoneyisanIllusion What is the power of slurry pump. Is it 1/2 HP or 1HP. What is the model of slurry pump
Is it glass dust please answer
170-325 mesh glass bead
What pump you useing Tsurumi hs2.4s
Looks like the Tsurumi HS series. Do you know the HP? I want to build one and the HS have a agitator built in but I dont know what HP/flow I sould get..
@@jeromemorin4016 just buy a dirty water sewage pump of Ebay it'll work fine just make sure you have at least a 5 horsepower compressor i once made one from a dishwasher pump before but probably won't last long like but still works if you just want to get some engine cases done on the cheap its probably a 3hp pump i think best thing to do is look on Ebay at that model then itll probably tell you the information in the description mate
Wouldn't it be better to add a %of aluminum oxide to the glass for powder coat removal
You can do mixtures yes. Most of my parts I do are just bare cast aluminum.
If you want a shiny or finish then you use a glass bead. If you're planning on getting it powder coated and you want a Aluminum oxide . Just thought I would share what I know
I can't afford one so if you could let us know what the manufacturer name and model number is of the pump lots of us out here would appreciate it...then we can build one out of a cheaper cabinet
That would suck just go buy one it’s worth it
Naw...I've already got it figured out and what parts to get
You want a pump with 4000 gph or more, around 6000 gph is ideal. Many home made systems outperform these VHT systems and are vastly easier to do media swaps.
The main thing that'll make performance is a air compressors with atleast 15 CFM but ideally between 30-50 CFM is best and a quality gun match to that CFM.
Christ thats boring...and I do vapour blasting
