the ia devs can decide whether they want a serious reference game or a silly meme game so they cram it into one, is that the charm? it's also not doubt that ia type games have less polish, theyve only been out for a fraction of the time.

What charm does ia have? You just get killed not even 10 seconds into your respawn since almost every weapon does an absurd amount of damage Allusions isnt an ia fangae in the SLIGHTEST, the only thing common is the fact theyre randomizers (and the asylum gamemode) And its funny how you complain about stuff from ia appearing in ia fangames (the map vote system, menu etc)(not mentioning the birch tree appearing in ar since theres an item that gives you certain stuff from item asylum)

Tbh, the IA fangames are really kinda of like the early IA, rough around the edges, pretty scuffed, not many high quality animations, ect. im sure with time IA fangames could be better and im not sure if they actually have a team of people so it would probably take a lot longer. atm they are all like if the suggestions channel from the discord was just put into one game

i mean its kinda true that they are unpolished but i find these alternatives more fun than allusions... i dont know its just too complicated for my taste... i like my fighting game simple and easy to master while allusions is just complicated and somewhat hard to get used to

Item asylum is inspired by other randomizer fighting games- AR has a little quirk with the trinkets that give you special abilities. They just need to stop being more like IA.

I am aware they are heavily inspired, but they do not have to be carbon copies. The trinkets in AR are one of the differentiating factors.
