It will also make starlight deal an additional 7 damage after a 1 second delay, showing a rainbow slash effect after every hit.
FUN FACT: when using contractor judgment you can switch to a ranged/melee weapon at the last second to attack the enemy while its stunned and hopless to do anything about it, not to mention that since the stun is decently long, you could deal like 75 dmg FOR FREE with the right items and the dmg from the contractor item itself should be enough to kill the oppnent and if not, remember you can use ur melee/ranged AND they are stunned for a bit after the attack!
Fun fact: pipe, chaos sabers, cane and pool noodle used to have much higher swing rate ( especially pipe and Chaos sabers) which made them the most overpowered melees in the game. And they were nerfed because item asylum basically rose from 200-500 players all the way up to 5k-10k players average. This forced the developers to make some balance changes due to complaints
I have seen people survive polish meal poison, but yes, it DOES kill before 1 minute, however that doesn’t account for kill heals. A dude got dark heart + brimstone + polish meal in elim and I watched a stack of poison go away because they were out healing the poison. Hard to pull off in most kits, but possible.

Jpx buffed lilynette. This used to be deal 1.2 damage per tick with cero metralleta ability (now deals 2 damage per tick). I do not know what they used to do this.

Y’all be overlooking what the Grumman jet does even before it starts flying. A massive placeable will always be a massive placeable, and working around your jet will almost always be a more preferable fighting grounds for you. Need to slow down the enemy chasing you for a bit? Grumman jet.
Great tier list! Overall, I think I would change around a few positions a bit, for example marketable port in D tier when go mining and dimmadagger are in F, but generally great video!

Intervention should be placed higher in S tier cause of its one shot potential. It can be a monster if you're very skilled with snipers in fps games. Edit: Also, I wanna bring up Ranga Workshop. It’s arguably the best combo item that should be in A or S tier. A total of 86 damage and hitstun similar to allusions from a misc that has a cooldown similar to dunk should be noted. It also works as a mobility tool by turning 180 degrees after the second dash and again on the third dash. This gets you a distance similar to tanto’s shadowrush. It’s a pretty fun weapon and also the best badge item among the P-Run items.
It's the best ranged weapon in the game, all you need is aim, you might say AWP is the best ranged weapon but it's not at the start, you first need to get through ssg-8 first which can be a slog. For me Interception is a easy S++ tier for the simple fact it is so easy to get kills if you can aim
Really good points but you forgot mention that awp has a slower fire rate than intervention and you have to hit a headshot to one shot with awp and you don't need to reload with intervention if you can aim

It can be good, but like most things in this game it’s very RNG dependent. If you have a good load, good map, and people who won’t run, you can stack a ton of kills to offset the self damage of fire force.

Mad Murderer and Anchor From the Sky should atleast be given some credit for Mad Murderer's interactions with Mad Sheriff and Anchor's ability to create minions from corpses (Of people only you killed, doesn't have to be with Anchor) using it's R move "Dock".
Just because an item has a niche use does not mean it is good (Mad Murderer) For anchor, the minion summon often doesn't work and to be honest the item is basically broken as of now.
hell, mad sheriff will kill more than the mad murderer, due to sheriff being a ranged (i agree with anchor PLEASE JUST FINISH THE UPDATE AND FINALLY JUST FIX THE THING)

You can react to juice that makes your head explode, as it takes longer for you to die that the hitbox if it doesn't misfire. Additionally, the cooldown will not start if you misfire and unequip it before it kills you. It's pretty manageable, but you may still die as it takes quick reactions. If you unequip it on a successful attack, it'll still do the cooldown even if the hitbox hasn't started yet
Shadow the world's melee mode is really good. Their attacks have hit stun. The regular m1 combo is 4 hits with the last one pushing the target away. By using the dive attack, you can extend the combo to... Drumroll please, Infinite. Yes, you heard that right. The melee mode has an infinite. Using diva attacks will extend the combo by giving additional hits, as well as moving yourself forward. With a well timed dive attack, you can continue the main m1 combo after the push back. Since it applies hit stun, they aren't getting out unless you whiff a hit or they have good movement speed buffs. To do a dive attack, you must use m1 while FALLING, not in the air. Meaning after the peak of your jump. Also also, if you use the dive attack right before you land, some jank physics may fling yourself high in the air. If you're on a slope, you may be launched horizontally (though this only happened once for me).
I feel like the rankings vary inconsistently in whether or not the item is being judged on its average success rate or its highest potential. Pinned comment claims it’s the former, but in that case smile wouldn’t be any higher than B since it relies entirely on other people either being too incompetent or too apathetic to kill you as well as getting a ranged and misc item that synergize well with it.

I can't understand why vampire knifes are rated under pow, before the update what gave pow multiple uses... They are super easy to land, they do massive damage up close and also very useful even if just 1 knife hits someone since the cooldown on that thing is so low. Also i will include that it is very VERY good for bosses. Vampire knifes can solo almost every boss. If not every boss.

You can react to juice that makes your head explode, as it takes longer for you to die that the hitbox if it doesn't misfire. Additionally, the cooldown will not start if you misfire and unequip it before it kills you.
It's pretty manageable, but you may still die as it takes quick reactions. If you unequip it on a successful attack, it'll still do the cooldown even if the hitbox hasn't started yet

Infinite. Yes, you heard that right. The melee mode has an infinite. Using diva attacks will extend the combo by giving additional hits, as well as moving yourself forward. With a well timed dive attack, you can continue the main m1 combo after the push back. Since it applies hit stun, they aren't getting out unless you whiff a hit or they have good movement speed buffs. To do a dive attack, you must use m1 while FALLING, not in the air. Meaning after the peak of your jump.
Also also, if you use the dive attack right before you land, some jank physics may fling yourself high in the air. If you're on a slope, you may be launched horizontally (though this only happened once for me).

I can't understand why vampire knifes are rated under pow, before the update what gave pow multiple uses... They are super easy to land, they do massive damage up close and also very useful even if just 1 knife hits someone since the cooldown on that thing is so low. Also i will include that it is very VERY good for bosses. Vampire knifes can solo almost every boss. If not every boss.
