As hard as I rode mine for the first 300 miles, I didnt have a filter and just changed the oil. When my filters came I changed it at 600 miles. Hi DirtRider22, I was trying to get the center stand up on my burgman 200, but it's almost impossible in my garage with a smooth surface. Do you have any tips on how to get it up? or should I find a parking lot/ rougher surface to get it up on?
If lifting the bike onto the center stand then just put all of your weight onto the stand and pickup on the grab handle. If trying to get the bike off the stand and it’s slick then do it off the bike and put your foot in front of the stand on the ground to help keep it from sliding while pushing forward. Best advise I got lol
When I first got my 2022 Suzuki burgman was a bit troublesome to put on the center stand. Just got to make sure it’s level side by side and put a foot on the bar and hop on just right. Then to get it off you just push it forward and it disengages.
I can barely get my 650 up on the stand. the 200 is easy. I did buy the kick stand extender that fits over the kick stand and give you a much larger foot print on soft black top and protects the foot from rust. Well worth the $9 bucks. It looks great and was very easy to install.
I have no clue and don’t have a proper service manual to be able to look it up, possible timing chain tensioner or something along those lines, in which case if you loosen it there could be problems getting it all reset, like more tear down needed to get it all back together correctly.
