Hello thanks for the knowledge! when I applying this technique as long the phrase my solar plexus is have tendency to go to relax position.. do I need it to let go or force to engage it? when I force it to engage it's so hard to do and no matter what it's still collapse

yes ...it can work well...because so many exercises are related to breathing and because it stretches the whole body, making it more strong, flexible and elastic

Singing and speaking have two different levels of energy? Has this lady had a career?
Your comment is "from the audience" because singers really appreciate even the smallest finesse in technique because it can help them a lot... but as you know, many great singers never even tried to pass on knowledge (they thought they knew how to sing but they didn't know how to do it) transferred) and that is perhaps the most important "career" for the future of opera singing! If you dare to teach about singing technique, I will gladly follow your work.

@@VardaMusic actually speaking on pitch in rhythm is a better way of thinking instead of doing something called singing which for many involves creating a fake voice that imitates either their teacher or some famous singer.
@@capucinesbelcanto4uvocalco870 yeah congrats but singing is pretty simple if you watch birgit nilssons masterclass the way she teaches is correct but most opera singers have a Hard time imparting their success to other people. And I can only judge people i have heard live.
