Also im not really sure how to describe the grapple one so ive just called it flying.

Too Anyone trying to strand skate, the timing is tighter than shatterskate so u basically have to press the buttons at the same time
If people have issues doing this or shatter skating go to your controller options in-game go to custom button layout and switch your dive ability to press instead of long press you'll do it every time instantly. Just got it working myself

Thank you for this video Rock. For grapple flying, I don't understand how, when you create the second grapple, you can keep grappling? If I do that, my grenade has not recharged yet and I can't grapple. How are you able to grapple without a grenade charge?
Do we still need stompees for this just like shatter dive or not?
Whenever I make a new grapple tangle and let it go it feels like an eternity before it lets me grapple again. How is yours back immediately?
when he grappled, you can see he waited and double jumped in the air before grappling again. after the second grapple, you can get it back fast by cancelling because it isn't actually consuming your grapple
this makes me want to play light fall.
Strand was my only reason to get it 😂😂
If you do it right, shatter skate will not consume your class ability or any sword ammo
Just a heads up for people on console, u actually wanna delay the jump a tad. The heavy attack plus the dive is actually what launches you, but the jump makes u go further
This saved me from a lot of annoyance.
Mine eats the sword ammo do I need to switch weapons

How long can you hold the grapple for?
you can grapple onto something infinitely as long as you're still moving and have a line of sight to the grapple point, so you could swing around in a circle on a grapple infinitely
What sword perk is needed? Whats the sword name?
"Eager edge" its the icon with a sword with a half circle and a thing pointing to the sword from the left
the dares of eternity swords, "half truths" or "other half"
You can make a very easy macro for this, the same macro works for wellskating and shatterskating, you just have to change the input from X ability to super if you wanna make it wellskate obviously

Works perfectly fine on ledges btw.
unless its a much tighter timing, it doesn't really. you can still do it, but it seems to spend you class ability and isnt as smooth.
I could be mistaken but going by the same timings, it doesn't seem to work
