Thank you for interviewing Terry it must of been so heartbreaking to go over all those memories of his Brother and family. i hope one day he can find some peace.
I pray to God that one day soon Keith will be found and then he can be laid to rest with his mother. RIP to all of the victims, they will never be forgotten!
It was such a sad time. Heartbreaking for the families. My own family were all born and bred in Lancashire. My dad was a sshoolboy friend of Joe Mounsey and he followed the case closely. Thanks for posting these videos.
Excellently well done interview and Thank you Terry for sharing your thoughts and feelings with us, I saw Ann West saying once that she was given a life sentence (of pain and horror), if I remember correctly it was a BBC programme in the 1970s when Lord Longford was campaigning for the release of Myra Hindley, it was disgusting the way Ann West was treated, but its plain to see that all 5 victims families and loved ones were given a life sentence of pain by the evil Hindley and Brady. I'm from Ireland but I always remember Pauline Reade, John Kilbride, Keith Bennett, Lesley Ann Downey and Edward Evans and their families. Mrs Kilbride seemed to be a lovely, gentle lady, I will always pray for her and her husband, Danny, who was such an amazing campaigner and Terry and his siblings and all the families and victims. God bless you Terry, a genuine ,honest, down to earth, decent man, you look a lot like your older brother John, my thoughts, prayers, love and respect are with you ❤️
Think all the parents/relatives were hero's considering the hell they went through and obviously still going through to the relatives that are still here with us 💔💔
Still all these years later, what a beautiful family 💖💖💖💖💖💖I was born in ‘62 and to this day …. I remember my mum telling “no u can’t go, because there’s someone taking children “ I really think she was talking about Brady n Hindly, my mum was Scottish n came from Glasgow n Brady from the Gorbles in Scotland!!!!!
if this is the right word, really great interview, extremely sensitively done and with lots of empathy. I can see a genuine bond and mutual respect between the interviewer and family members. I hope that somehow, by telling their story it keeps the memories of the 5 victims alive and also helps to bring some healing by being able to let their thoughts and emotions hit the air. so much respect for the family and sending them all much love ❤️.
@@Breaktheice123 yours and Terry's friendship is clear to see throughout the interview. I've been thinking about a of the victims, and their families today and it never ceases to amaze me the pain and suffering the human heart can endure. I have utmost respect for these families and I'm sure that by listening you are helping Terri and the family to unburden some of their pain.
Must have been so hard for the families over the years.Well done Danny for all your hard work 👍🙏.Criminals especially murderers should have no rights. How dare they get special treatment while us innocent hard working people struggle.
I was always wondering what happened to Terry Kilbride since Brady's demise. Glad to see he's still alive and well. My thoughts go out to him, Alan Bennett, and all the other surviving family members of those kids, and Edward Evans if he has any. As for those two villainous beasts, Hindley and Brady, nobody should remember them. It's the families that need remembrance, as well as those poor kids and Evans. 💔💔💔💔💔
@@Breaktheice123 Tell him that I wish him the best of luck! If you ever interview Alan Bennett, tell him I hope the best for him as well! Always nice to see the victims getting all the attention for once. Those two animals didn't deserve the attention they got throughout the 70s up until Brady's death. Terry seems like a great bloke, and, again, I wish him well.
@@scratchy1704 It's true. These types of people, the type who just kill vulnerable children for their sick pleasure, don't deserve any attention, let alone freedom. It's people like Terry, Alan, and all them other family members who lost their little ones that need that attention and support.
@@scratchy1704 Yes. Ann West was one that was always on TV. Lesley Ann Downey's mother, always campaigning, rightfully so, to keep Myra Hindley locked away forever. She was a courageous, brave individual.
Those beautiful children just missed out on so much with their lives just cruelly snatched away. Must of been absolute hell emotionally finding out what's happened to your child/relative and to then have those evil monsters constantly getting off on their crimes without any remorse must of really angered the parents/relatives. Think considering this absolute hell they all went through they were incredibly strong 😪💔❤
@@Breaktheice123 well let's be honest something that like is never ever going to leave you no matter how hard you try. Too much pain and emotions that have been going on and still are since those children disappeared. Losing someone is hard enough but at this extent to innocent children well yeah I can see it do a lot of raw emotions to the victims families 💔
@@Breaktheice123 oh yes can see he had a friendly side during this interview goes without saying. He has had a life time of grief and anger which is 100% understandable! Hope he keeps well as he can do
Be interesting if you also did an interview with Jessica and Holly's parents the girl victims who were killed by that school caretaker Ian Huntley. They were the same age as my cousin is a shock that those girls just simply went to the shop in their village Soham and then got murdered by a trusted care taker. They were only 10 years old so sadly still happens💔💔
@@Breaktheice123 Ian Huntley even wore one of those T-shirts at the community centre when they searching for Holly and Jessica ! That to me says he clearly got off on it and rubbing it in that he knows and those poor parents were in agony to know where they were. The parents of Holly and Jessica did a documentary not long after Ian Huntley got sent down. They were so strong and although they obviously had anger towards Ian Huntley they focused on the type of girls Jessica and Holly were and lit candles for them. The whole village supported them. This wasn't just some random man to them Ian Huntley was a school care taker there was no reason to be alarmed until he did that interview at the time of Holly and Jessica disappearance.
@BreakTheIce I didn't even know Denny had died until watching this video. Very sad. I kept up with Terry Downey's life via his book and the few interviews he gave. I feel horrible for him as not only did he carry guilt over his sister's death but his mother and stepfather caused him and his siblings a lot of pain and suffering.

The song Suffer Little Children wasn't meant to be disrespectful to the victims. It was paying tribute to them. Ann West became friends with Morrissey
He was always haunted by it and defo didn’t mean any disrespect.
