Origami probably did take the Usbs but hes adamant on it not bejng "him". The one who initiated the plan was probably Baby and SHE is the one who has them. Dylan never worked on Baby he only checked her code and backed her up. Meaning she doesn't have the cameras Dylan can access. The episode mentioned something Dylan didn't do that robot Dylan did, which is the main thing that'll be the undoing.

I have a small theory. Seeing through Blank's eyes, there was static up until the stealing of the USBS and after. So the static is what makes Blank forget the whole thing.
