I filed a HIPAA with HHS and they told me to contact the OCR then the OCR said they don't have any thing to do with HIPAA. I'm always blown off every time I contact these clowns

@@kimp4412 We need these departments to do their JOB! If I am paying for a service and not receiving it, then it's fraud. It's illegal under 18USC201-209 and 5CFR2635. Government employees are almost never prosecuted for crimes they commit. They claim immunity or claim sovereignty and the judicial system just goes with it in civil cases. DA's almost never prosecute on the criminal side.
