Eh when you listen to the album is clear that the vocals are way too extreme to do live. This is the reason Dicky Allen won't play live with infant annihilator, it's too technical and everything is basically written for a studio setting. Sad to see this band be that way and yet still performing at a subpar level.
Well this is a bummer… I’m a big fan of these guys, but they leave a lot to be desired live (specifically the vocals). Maybe we’re just spoiled having guys that kill it live like Ben Duerr, Will Ramos, Alex Terrible… but man I really loved the latest album from TTG and hoped that they would kill it live as well.
I fell the exact same way wtf. Finally some live footage of them and the vocals are extremely underwhelming. So much left out, I wonder if he was feeling ill or something. To The Grave is amazing but this, this is not lol
When I saw these guys back in 2016 it was kinda the same, he was a lot better for a bit longer but I think the amount he's pushing himself on this new stuff just isnt good for him
Even giving them the shitty excuse of “last song in the set” That was hard to listen to... I hope Dane really works on his endurance before taking to the live stage again. Lack of effects aside, there was little to no attempt to push through and try to scream. I thoroughly enjoy to the grave and support them with merch, but that was high school talent show bad in terms of vocals...
unfortunately he was like that for pretty much the whole set on the 12th, only did half the lyrics for most of the songs, still good fun though. he did hear evil see evil super fucking well though, he nailed it
They're a very studio band. Very over produced vocals, layers that is impossible to do with a single person. Which is why I like nile, they have three vocalist
If you haven't, you should give Nile a listen to. They are really unique brutal death metal, I don't really care for them anymore since Dallas Toler wade left the band but I'll still listen to them
@@franklinriley7074 Yeah I’ve met the dudes in Nile almost a decade ago. They’re only about 2 hours away from where I’m from. Really nice guys and the music is sick. At one point I was considering them and Dying Fetus being the 2 most impressive bands around.
he said 3 months ago on insta, that he found out he learned bad technique and for 1 year he was out of his stamina, but if you look at their recent performances, he actually starts to recover his all stamina, and have a really better technique now.
The absolute same thing you are lol. Listen to a popular deathcore band studio vs live and then listen to this vs the studio version. The difference is important. These guys will never be popular if their live performances are this awful.
They only had a half an hour ish set but this was the list from the second Melb night so I assume it’s the same, Unreleased track (Dane didn’t mention a name for it) Terrorist threat Kill shelter Hear evil, see evil Miserable summer Wastage The ghost of you
Well, it looks like his vocals suck when not in a studio relying on a bunch of effects.
True true
where is the vocalist we heard on the album?

@@BitterSnake Well, the only reason why IA wont play live is that drums are rigged
Kinda what I expected with these guys. On record this guy sounds unreal. Most live videos I've seen he sounds really off his game....

@@EaterOfFlesh Pretty sure that's Dane Evans, their vocalist. Either way, the whole band was lacking.
@@EaterOfFlesh nah that’s dame lol. Hmm
Yes! Seeing lorna in october and from their live youtubevideos that fans post, the band and Will Ramos DO NOT disappoint live

Been looking to finally see these guys live bless your kind soul for recording this
Those were some lazy vocals
Always found it tough to sing this whole song in the shower. Now I don't feel so bad
Dude wtf this makes me not want to listen to them anymore Lmao. Like what kind of a performance was that if you could even call it that
Could've been worn out
terrible
Did he forget all of his own lyrics or what?
Right? That was awful.
Seriously what I was wondering.. Beyond that, looks like he runs out of breath after like a few words.. Not great.

That happens sometimes
@@sequoia7284 Yeah - really sucks to. I'm sure Dane is a GREAT guy just not the best fit.
Very underwhelmed by the vocal performance. Damn.

This must have been an off night for the vocalist. There's another video up now from Cvltfest about 2 weeks ago and he sounds really good.

despite the lack of vocal performance, the drums were sick
Pretty good for karaoke
I can have great metal vocals but if u got zero cardio u sound like this
Wait is this the original vocalist from their music video ?
THANk youuuu🩸🔥🔥🔥
Dane looks so hot
OOOFFFF welp this band is getting crossed off the list.

sorry i didnt. i got too into it and forgot to film that one haha
me gusta su musica pero el en vivo es como las weas
Saw them live in Brissy and they killed it. Not sure what you guys are hearing.

@@Twizzybeatzz Idk, Attila was shit live for like 7 years straight and was one of the most popular bands at that time
