आज हम इस Video में बहुत ही Important बात को Discuss करेंगे आज तक हम अपने Videos के माध्यम से विभिन्न जो Treatment होते हैं Infertility के उसके बारे में चर्चा करते आए हैं पर आज हम जानेंगे की वो Couples जो Naturally Conceive करना चाहते हैं वो किस तरीके से कौन सी चीजें उन्हें ध्यान में रखनी है जिससे उनके Naturally Conceive होने के
Chances जो है वो अधिक से अधिक हो सके आज हम इस Video में जानेंगे की महीने के दौरान का Fertile Period कौन सा होता है यानी कौन सा वो समय है जिसमें Intercourse रखने में Conception की संभावना जो है वो ज्यादा से ज्यादा हो सकती है दूसरा क्या कोई ऐसे Precautions है जो Intercourse के समय लेने हैं कोई Positions है या Intercourse के बाद कुछ Rest करना आवश्यक है जिससे Conceive होने के Chances बढ़ सके तीसरा आजकल Market में Ovulation Predicting Kits आ गई है जो ये दावा करते हैं कि इसकी सहायता से हमें Exact पता चल सकता है कि Ovulation कब होता है इसमें कितनी सच्चाई है चौथा बहुत से Myth होते हैं मरीजों के मन में दंपतियों के मन में कि Intercourse के बाद वीर्य
बाहर आ जाता है इसके कारण Conceive नहीं हो रहा है इसमें कितनी सच्चाई है ये भी हम आज देखेंगे आइए
सबसे पहली बात जाने की पूरे महावारी के दौरान Fertile Period कौन सा होता है यानी आखिर वो समय
कौन सा है जिसमें Intercourse रखने से अधिक से अधिक Chance हो सकते हैं हम जानते हैं कि महिला के
शरीर में Ovulation यानी Egg बन के Rupture होने की जो Process है वो महीने में एक ही बार होती
और यदि किसी का 28 से 30 दिन का Cycle है तो इसमें ये 14वें 15वें दिन के आस पास होती है हमारे मन में
ये रहता है कि जिस दिन Ovulation हैं उसी दिन यदि हम साथ रहे तो Conceive होने के Chances
ज्यादा से ज्यादा हो सकते हैं परंतु इसमें समस्या ये है की एक ही महिला का अलग-अलग महीनें में Ovulation
अलग-अलग दिन पर हो सकता है यानी ये बिल्कुल Fix नहीं है कि यदि आप का 1 महीने में Ovulation 14th
Day हो रहा है तो अगले महीने भी उसी दिन होगा अगले महीने हो सकता है कि ये 12वें दिन हो जाए और
यदि हम 14वें दिन को chase कर रहे हैं तो हम Miss कर जाए वो Fertile Period और साथ नहीं रह पाए
दूसरी बात बहुत सी Scientific Studies ने ये Proof कर दिया है कि Conception के सर्वाधिक
Chances जो है वो Ovulation के दिन नहीं होते हैं जी हां Conceive होने के सर्वाधिक Chances
Ovulation से 48 घंटे पहले होते हैं !

PCOS is a metabolic disorder that is more severe than PCOD. In this condition, the ovaries produce a higher quantity of the male hormone, and this leads to the formation of more than ten follicular cysts in the ovary every month.
Though these two are related with ovaries.. but they are very much different..
PCOS is severe and dangerous.. PCOD can be treated.. PCOD is more common than PCOS..
