i have a question. why do you not use NGI for flying at refueling and why do you break the fuel depots? do they even matter? I can't seem to figure out why you would do that. it doesnt seem to have any benefit.
SAN-TAI should be the better choice when moving over ground because it recharges much faster than NGI. And why I break the fuel depots is to shorten the dialogue at the end.
@@user-fx9ic3zz5y you can make over that gap with 2 EN bars instead of the 3+ you did with santai though? however if you are breaking the depots then santai would probably win out anyways as old patch does not have a reliable weapon like that plasma launcher to break those depots well either. I timed it and its about 8s faster with breaking the depots. however I estimate you take about 1-2s to break them. so its around a 5-6s time save vs ignoring them. also on more time loose time comparisons. with NGI and a outdated strat. I am seeing old patch NGI making over the gap (excluding time loss for worse weapons) around 35s ignoring the depots. and in this video taking roughly 47-49s to make the same distance. I think you can make a mech with ngi to not only break the depots while falling during NGI recovery but also fly faster due to ngi being lighter and more EN. we had timed ngi being better for flying overall. this is one of the flying missions (if you dont break the depots). ngi won out by a few seconds due to falling at 500+ speed rather than the lower ground speed.
@@konshance So you haven't tried it yourself? I guess you didn't consider the fact that BUERZEL has been nerfed a lot. Also the 35s time seems incorrect. But with a new strat using two PFAU, NGI might have a tiny advantage (or otherwise a disadvantage due to decreasing AA damage).
I dont understand what im doing wrong with the first mission, sets my runs up to fail. One of the most impressive parts imo

@@user-fx9ic3zz5yWhat's the difference in time? I would love to know for my own runs.
@@AverageMechFan Compare by yourself and you will see it. Or about something else?

Any AC build changes because of the last patch? I know it affected pvp a lot but I wonder if its impacted speedruns at all
