Hi Vi. I hope you’re doing well. Just wanted to tell you I understand how scary and also frustrating it can be to need to make decisions based on what’s not currently working out in life. But I hope you’re not too disheartened. Everything is temporary and we need to make it our priority to take care of ourselves physically and especially mentally. It’s ok to take a step back and make adjustments so that we’re healthier and happier. I wish someone had told me this when I was much younger because I wouldn’t have been as hard on myself. Lastly, I wanted to share the following quote with you. I came across it today and it was a much-needed reminder. I hope it gives you some comfort 💛 “Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts.” ~ Winston Churchill
