I have this mobo but I can't for life of me figure out why the boot time is slow with the m.2 ssd tried both slots when on desktop no issue not sure why it would boot like that

Can this build handle Corsair vengeance ram at 3600mhz? I can't find it on their website and my computer guy is saying it might cause issues but I swear I've seen builds using it.
bro there will be no problem, on MSI site they have mentioned 3600mHz is compatiable
You will need to overclock it to use that frequency depending on your cpu

Quickflashing bios is a big mess. I´ve had some tough times to fix that problem. Ryzen 5000 cpus are only supported with the newest bios. Other than that a fine MOBO.
Im getting no video signal in bios with my 5800x. Tried a zen+ cpu and no problem.
@@tekniro6204 You will need to update your bios with the latest update (beta one is not needed). I would suggest that you put back in that zen+ cpu and update the bios.
Dosent it have flash bios usb, u don't need a cpu for bios update .As per my knowledge msi x570 tomahawk has this feature and my friends had no issue updating the bios without a cpu

This Mobo can be flashed biosed rite , without a cpu for the 5000 series .
@@skyrock2266 thats what they claim.. MSI states it can be upgraded with the USB and Flash Button without even having CPU, RAM or GFX card in it. Only power to the AMX connector and CPU power connector.. LOL, pretty nice.. Ive read reviews saying they had the 5000 series Ryzens working WITHOUT upgrading bios, so people.. Just unbox the Mobo, put it on an anti static pad, slide in your CPU, 1 RAM Dimm, gfx card, connect a bootable media with OS on it, connect CPU and AMX power from a proper PSU (above 300watts) then plug in your Keyboard, mouse and monitor and the Front panel connectors needed to test it, PWR and Reset switch only ones needed..
Then hit the power button and remember to only test it lightly since you dont have any active cooling on the CPU yet.. Does it work, then you dont need to upgrade bios and can wait with that untill later, when there is a real fix you need from it.. If it doesnt work then you should update the Bios and try again...
This is the way im going to do it, since some motherboards arrive dead, and its way less hassle to find out like this than having build the whole PC from scratsj and then finding out you need to send back the Mobo or CPU or yeah.. Just good to test it out lightly... Remember to monitor your CPU temps and not do any heavy tasks on it.. Basically just find out if it can boot up and display the monitor signal and boot the media / OS up and open a txt document up... If you can do that you can expect that all is well and working 100 percent!
