Ive been eating ramen for 25 years. Today was the first time i ate it with chopsticks. Or ever used chopsticks. Just cause it seemed right. And fun. And i dunno why. But best ramen ever! Im gonna blame it on watchinf you. Lol

Every time I see an influencer "chef" drown a crispy skinned fish in sauce it makes me cringe. That's basic attention to detail 101 in cooking: If you make something crispy, you KEEP it crispy when served. That lack of attention to detail makes me highly doubt whether these people ACTUALLY know what they're doing or not...
really bizarre how black and white that is. like, a person's got a body of work, a channel full of videos, a variety of opinions expressed in multiple ways, a whole range of data points to judge them from, in a field which is famously subject to interpretation but nah, forget all that.
