You're not going to the mountains? You are two hours away by bus from Mount Aconcagua, the highest mountain in both the southern and western hemispheres. Don't just stay in the city, the Andes are a must-see. Take a bus to Las Cuevas, in the border with Chile. You will not regret it.
Unfortunately, I don't have enough time. I leave in the morning, but I will certainly visit again!
