Thank you for taking the time to share your expertise. I appreciate your efforts to making this video. God bless you.
Gorgeous. Thanks for sharing.
Beautiful! Thank you!
Amazing!
Beautiful! Couching around the design to really bring it out is something I'm going to have to try on one of my more ambitious/extravagant project. It looks like it takes a lot of patience and time, so probably best for the long daylight hours of summer, though!
It's good but I don't understand it,OMG
beautiful!
Couching looks beautiful. Always forget about that one :)
awesome video..thankyou for sharing this.
Great lesson.

I'm in awe.....it explains the price of couture!
Good for you!

hi, i just wanna ask... what kind of table are you using? coz i'd like to have one, but i just can't seems to find it coz idk what is it called...
thank you
+naomi glory wilson It's a tambour embroidery table, you can find them on some specialty online sewing stores, but very often people simply make them themselves, as they're very simple to construct :)
Thank you for your information :)
Amazon has the table
would anyone happen to know the name of the song? it's great!
what kind of table is that?
is there anyway i can possibly reach you for some inquires?
hi may i know what is the size of the gold thread?
porque no lo traducir al español gracias
Wow
Well done video, but it needs to be longer. What is a coaching stitch anyway?
couching not coaching, hand tack a thread in place to outline a shape, embroidery not team sport~
huh? the video closed in way too close to see what the artist was doing during couching.
😍😍😍😍
ela
What is the name of the table she used?
+Bruly Ricard I think it's called a standing work frame.
+Daniele Todorov Thanks!!!
Daniele Todorov mm
You can get this Tambour Embroidery Table from Amazon
I can get the same effect and cut time in half with a sewing machine
Tony Oliver but then it’s not couture

How I Made a Little Black Dress from a Skirt!

Why is there no narration on these videos? Just annoying electronic "music"
This is interesting (read utterly hilarious) the the pinnacle of the British textile industry is not even half as good as Japanese techniques used on Kimono worn by the average person .
ua-cam.com/video/MKG13KDqKj8/v-deo.html
And the Japanese pale in comparison to the Chinese .
Especially when Brits pride themselves on being the apex of civilization . I am married to a Brit and spent decades in the UK i know what i'm talking about.
If this is the idea of excellence in England and this is what HM Elizabeth's outfit looks like up close , this must be quite embarrassing for her to stand next to let's say , Empress Michiko . I reckon each of her court dresses require 7 months of work done by 20 of the best craftspeople in the country. But this is nothing compared to her formal court gown the Imperial Junihitoe which required over over 100 people working for 7 years to create the 12 layers .
I just love when i am in the UK and meet people looking down on me or considering somehow lesser for being Japanese . What a joke, especially since the Japanese monarchy has a way longer history than the British one and is the oldest monarchy still in service.
That's all .
If you can't answer in japanese don't even bother.
More worded explanation on technique needed
OMG that music is super annoying
