i have been waiting for this since their performance last night. joochan is gonna get so big after this and he's gonna go places!! i'm so excited to see it!! and i really hope he gets to play violin in other activities, it's clearly a passion of his.
My little Joochan... In my heart, you're the most perfect person in the world. I swear. Edit: I see in somewhere, they said Joochan just play the violin as if it was the icon of the stage, not really playing. As a Goldenness and Joochan stan, I know that he can play piano, guitar and violin too, he really really good at this but I don't know why people can think about him like that.

I am a fan, but I will have to clarify. Joochan can definitely play, but he might have used backing track and was only acting out the moves. There were times when his fingering was not in sync with the music, and his bow was going over the fingerboard, which should not have happened. I understand why he might have done it. Playing the violin on a big stage like that, with electronic beats playing in conjunction, right after dancing your arse off is difficult. There would have been no way that the performance could achieve the same result if he had done it live. He could have recorded himself as the backing track. Honestly though, even if Joochan did not play the violin live, it's totally understandable and reasonable why he didn't. It's not such a big deal to get upset about it. In the end, Golden Child expressed themselves as true artists, and that in itself is very praise-worthy.

I hope everyone read this. Hong Joochan is an epitome of perfection with golden heart. He has wide knowledge in music more than you know, he knows well classical music as he was in an orchestra for 3 years and playing violin for 9 years, besides being a classical violinist he also specializing in piano jazz, he also has knowledge in indie music since he is a vocalist of a band too. Now his profession is as a Kpop idol. Despite having wide knowledge he is really a humble person, he never talk bad or downgrade someone who doesn't have much knowledge in music, instead he teaches them and learning together without sounding like he is more inferior or something. He works harder than everyone else but never once complaining. When goldenness send him simple support message, he will reply us one by one with a really long message despite his busy schedule, when we are sad he will sing for us so we aren't sad anymore. We goldenness treasure him so much. He is too kind to be true :")
I still remember that time Joochan said that "he couldn't play the violin" , of course, the boy was lying 'cause he must have played the violin solo part of this performance in a recording studio same as the vocals, maybe he just wanted to point out that he couldn't play it at a professional or highly advanced level, like musicians. I think that we all must agree that eventhough all of the performances in RTK are in the format of Mnet' s comeback stages (where the song is prerecorded including the vocals and, in this case, the violin solo), it is made with an complex intention in Golden Child's case. First of all, the violin theme or element wasn't just there to "show off", but it actually helped Golden Child's history of exploring their innerselves and limits in order to become that "you", which is a better version of themselves that they seem to think they aren't yet (there could be other interpretations as well). This message and the fact that if they were to present this at, for example, MAMA and it could STILL turn out amazing and very similar to the high standard of this show that they prepared for the audience ('cause in MAMA, the difference is that not in all but in most cases the performances are both: danced and sang live, maybe with the help of backing tracks at different levels)... ALL OF THAT MAKES GOLDEN CHILD TALENTED ARTISTS!!! It isn't just one skill, but we need to see the whole spectrum of the performance.
Till today, I'm still see this performance like a dream. Its so good, it's feel so unreal. I'm serious, I mean.. how can goldenchild become like that, it's so mindblowing
