Just as a bit of info: If you have 2018 Yaris the service manual is a bit misleading about the need of heavy dynamic lube for the upper portion of the airspring and is not required for the Yari RC (at least for the 2018 version in the manual, I got confirmation of this by Rockshox directly) so don't panic if you don't have it and it could save you some money too! Also for those planning on doing your own service don't use too much butter grease between the upper and the air spring piston. If you do you can clog the equalisation dimple and you'll get bad fork suck down. ... Also Great Video!
I don't get it (6:05), in every tutorial and even in RockShox Manual, they say 180ml 5wt. but I don't need even to put 150ml in and it already overfill. I have a Yari Compression 2022 :/
I cant figure out what I did. Fork will run smooth and hold air through 1-3 rides. Then looses air after sitting and/or during ride. Pump it back up and holds for at least one ride (wvwn bike park) and then same. I took it back apart and checked seals, tightness, ect. Camt figure out where or why its losing air. So frustrating.
It's not cut out on my end🤷🏻♂️he uses a circlip plier which is what's used. He did shoot 1 across the room 😂 It happens to the best of us... This is actually a very good "how to" and even gives the correct torque & fluid measurements.
@@concordcycleworks so the entire fork 50/200 can be done with 0w30? But manual says there supposed to be different oils? Or it's just SRAM rebranding?
@@concordcycleworks this is a total mess from SRAM :) Im so confused about oils... Well can you please advise me, I have a rockshox zeb charger r, I need to do a 200h oil change, I can I use 0w30 in lower leg, air can, and charger ? Or I need different oils? Thank you!

I have a Revelation A3 which is basically the same. Im gonna use 3wt instead of 5wt in damper. I heard it works much better for a plusher feel.

Great job
Well Done! I got it!!
Jeeeez! I searched for half an hour to find someone doing 3:53 with the same problem, but then you heavily cut it out. Why would you??
What problem at 3:53 are you referring to?
The amount of work/tricks it takes, to get this clip in! @@concordcycleworks

Do u really have to chip off that plastic part to remove the circlip.
Its a hard to remove and even harder to put back in
You do not chip off the plastic, you depress the plate that the plastic part sits on so the circle can compress/be removed
thx a million!!
👌proper service👍😉
Thanks!
maxima light and heavy are the same as 0w30?
Yes, 0w-30 Suspension Oil can be used in place of both Maxima Light and Heavy
