I was wondering if you could make a video on what to do after your eggs hatch? (care for newborns, feeding regime, and housing tips). A video on a general how to care guide for uroplatus would be great too!
Thanks so much! If you check out my video, you can actually grow live moss from the dry stuff you can easily buy! ua-cam.com/video/wuv7hReYiCU/v-deo.html
Alyssa Jackson my pleasure! However you’ll want to incubate fat tailed gecko eggs differently than this as their eggs have permeable shells, unlike these leaf tails eggs.
Sorry for going off topic If you know anything about the breeding of the northern Spiny Tailed gecko, I'd like to know how many degrees and how many days it takes. Also, if possible, I'd like to know the price.
Addison Gerken the eggs are never misted. Once every few months I add a little water into the media the bottle caps sit on. The bottomless caps are there to make sure the eggs don't get wet.
+Tommy Qu The issue is that these animals are protected under CITES regulation. Without a CITES permit to export them, you'd be criminally charged if caught with the animals 😔...
+Tommy Qu CITES is international. Applies to the whole world. I'm working on obtaining permits so I can ship to the USA as I have many people that want my animals in the states. I'll definitely keep you posted via my videos, Instagram and fb pages. :)
keep up the great work man love the videos
Thanks so much! :)
