    A good friend got a glimpse of Woody Hyezmar’s Woodworking Bible. Downloading it this week to see what all the hype is about.

    How do you determine how much weight to use, thanks

    • @HomemadeFishing
      @HomemadeFishing  7 років тому +1

      Hi Jaspercats, the weight of the ballast depends on the size and material of the lure, It is necessary to test in a container with water, place in the lure blank the screweye, the hoops, the hooks, etc. put it in the water, place in the bottom of the lure the ballast, as much as necessary for the lure to float or submerge as you wish, must take care that the lure is stable both horizontally and vertically, greetings

    this glued eye loops would not survive some serious piking. after 1000 castings, a few casting on the tree, few big pikes and its dead. throu body shaft wire is far superior

    • @HomemadeFishing
      @HomemadeFishing  7 років тому +1

      Hi Mr Flip, gear motor 12V 0.250 mAmp, 60 RPM, but I reduce the voltage of 3 Volts and I get 15 RPM, regards

      Homemade Fishing is poplar wood okay to use, somebody said it splits easy. I was thinking they must of went against the grain in the wood or something simply done wrong.
