So at 24:10 we see that there was the dip then it returned to its previous course, this also happens a lot in Forex when news events occur that have only immediate shock value then we realize that the news event wasn't really that big of a deal. Like someone acting a fool in the food court of a mall then leaving and it's business as usual. (dumb analogy but its the first thing that came to mind.) So he played that part very well IMO.
