- Many Apostolic students are currently trying to decide what educational path they will follow. Some may feel a call to ministry, but aren’t quite sure what that ministry is. They also may have academic gifts and interests they would like to pursue, but don't know how to balance education and ministry.
Dr. David K. Bernard answers this frequently-asked question by drawing on his own experiences as a student, teacher, and pastor. He also reviews the educational options and opportunities that are available to today's Apostolic students who want to pursue God's will while developing the gifts He has given them.

Praise God! So glad you made this one. I'm currently working on my associates at the community college and was thinking about attending an Apostolic college for my higher degree. I'm going to check out the Stockton Bible College.

The building trades pay well, are transportable across the nation and usually provide benefits like health insurance and retirement. It would be a good thing to recommend the trades to those considering church planting and does not mean that theological degrees can't be obtained as well through distance learning or other options.
Very helpful and very timely, we need more discussions about this in the local church, also discussions about preparing for marriage. Thanks to Dr Bernard for his godly counsel.

A true calling and anointing is not a feeling someone has. Its supernatural and follows the scriptures. God chooses not man or councils of men, unfortunately too many originations and councils of men have polluted the Truth with vain philosophy from the minds and councils of men. Seminary is a financial marketplace used to fund false teachings traditions and customs from men not God. You don't need to pay someone for God to use you. You must be called and ordained of GOD to be used to prepare the Saints that make up the bride. There is no difference from the Sanhedrin council and teachings of old to today with these organizations. The fruit and anointing speaks for itself no matter how educated including this man speaking can error if not heading the voice of God and have listened to their own mind instead of the mind of God.
