      @@TheLucidMystic haley i got one important question for you. How long did it take you to MASTER wake induced lucid dreaming? I've been trying for a year now and only had occasional success.

    Haylee, I've always loved how the sleep paralysis state, the mind being awake "when it shouldn't be", is almost like a literal hack, like when you find a vulnerability in a code of a game, you find an exploit to work a hack or cheat, sleep paralysis is the cheat code/life hack/vulnerability in the physical matrix, that lets you explore the REAL reality, the endless possibilities 🥰

      Also, thank you for this video, I went to my friend's house earlier, but before I left, I noticed you'd uploaded this, so I watched it on the walk home. This is such encouragement for me to believe I can induce this liminal dreaming state more. I've experienced this tingling before, more than once, and the best time was during using the hammock method, I started also feeling the sensation of movement. It was beautiful. I think the only thing that brought it to a grinding halt was I got too excited. Ecstatic 🤣

    21:00 im thinking a song that motivates you? Doesn't have to have a thumping or pumping beat but maybe a song that has a build-up to a more dramatic/heroic/triumphant-sounding part of the song, if that makes any logical sense? 😅 I love the idea of being able to play the Super Saiyan theme tune from the Faulconer Productions music dub of Dragon Ball Z, sort of letting the mystical/ominous, quiet starting music help to build the physical sensations in he body, and whilst the tension in the music builds, so do the sensations, and then, as the music really kicks in, boom! I'm out of the Matrix 🤣

      It's all a part of the practice. I've tried lotsss of techniques that have NEVER worked for me, but I always encourage experimentation because the more you practice, the more familiar you get with each state and how it feels, what you you experience in each phase, etc. It's working a new muscle and when you least expect it, you will have a breakthrough! Thanks for being here and please let me know if you have any questions :)

      And also, astral projecting IS more difficult than lucid dreaming. I definitely agree on that! But, there's also ways to astral project FROM a lucid dream! There's endless possibilities of ways to explore :)

    Had sleep paralysis but the Vibrational State was really loud. ( Massive ringing in the ears ) Panicked (unfortunately) Hard time trying to wake my body up.

    Hi! Thank you for your content. ❤ I get to the full vibrations and I think even a sound, then my brain goes “oh you’re doing it, it’s about to happen! Then simultaneously it’s like no! Now you’ve ruined it 😂” and it’s really hard to get back to that state of concentration, and I start to feel my body again. I tried to use the method of thinking of my office, feeling my astral fingers move, and when I try to think of my astral body moving, my real body starts to tense up and I knock myself out of paralysis.

      I totally know what you mean!! What I would recommend doing is releasing any unnecessary mental pressure around making the experience happen. I would have your goal to astral project, but as soon as you lay down, release it. Just enjoy the feeling of the soft surface underneath you, the blankets, the air temp, etc. Think about how relaxed you are and how you are excited just to have time to rest and relax. This allows you to deepen your state MUCHHHH more quickly and removes the pressure of your brain trying to anticipate what happens next. If you tell yourself you're just excited to rest and relax (while secretly practicing staying aware), you'll enter deeper states without as much resistance. Release the intention to astral project and enjoy a moment where NOTHING is needed of you. Notice how much deeper that takes you. Allow yourself to have the job of only relaxing and noticing. And then build slowly off of that!

      @@TheLucidMystic thank you for your response. I will continue! I haven’t gotten my vibrations since! Just a deep state of heaviness and relaxation. I believe it to be mind awake body asleep. But I am such a hyper vigilant person, this is hard! I’m very aware of everything. And my brain needs some training. I have been practicing meditation, so I’ll check back in a month and let you know how it goes ❤

    I actually want to ask you something… does everyone 100% go through atonia?
    Because I tried inducing sleep paralysis and I couldn’t. I know there are two ways it happens: either your body falls asleep before your mind or your mind wakes up before your body.
    I tried the first method because I would have no idea how to wake my mind up before my body, it just sounds like something that would just happen by chance.
    I sleepwalked when I was a kid (many years ago) and maybe couple months I had a dream where I was punching someone and I did end up punching my wall in real life. So I guess my question is: can everyone experience sleep paralysis? I tried researching this but it’s very unclear.

    • @TheLucidMystic
      @TheLucidMystic  Місяць тому

      Everyone experiences REM sleep to some degree, but it varies from person to person depending on several factors including quality of sleep, age, etc. Not everyone experiences the symptoms of sleep paralysis though; and sometimes the chemicals that paralyze the muscles (as you described punching a wall) don't fully paralyze the body and could cause us to wake up from movement, laughing, talking, etc. But all of this is completely normal. The best way to target REM sleep is by observing when you experience dreams, using a REM tracker like a fitbit or an app, or taking naps during the day (which allow us to go into REM sleep quicker) to explore how you experience REM. Also, an easy way to explore waking your mind up before your body is to fall asleep while setting an alarm that turns itself off, and waking up without moving or opening your eyes. You can also practice this if you wake up in the morning by thinking first before opening your eyes; just stay laying down with your eyes closed and go into a meditation once you wake up and you'll be able to explore mind awake/body asleep this way too. I hope this helps a bit!
