Thank you sir for nice explanation. I want to know after autophosphorylation for second phosphorylation it transfers p group from tyrosine to substrate or not?
Sir I have a question i.e, the tyrosine kinase domain get 3 phosphates from 3 ATP on each side, and then they autophosporylate or crossphosporylate, but why they cross phosphorylate, they already have phosphates from ATP then what is the purpose of cross phosphorylation?

Sir can you please tell why only tyrosine is used why not any other amino acids?
please make videos on ERK and AKT signaling pathways
Okay. Will do that
Sir ek question hai
Many type of receptor are present for a particular ligand or a macromolecules in the plasma membrane?
Yes but for one signaling it's always fixed receptor ligand binding
