First of all, create a list of your competitors who are in similar niche as you, see what's working for them. Create reels shorter than 8 seconds and use trending audios. And at least post 2 times daily or even 1x daily. The more consistent you are on Instagram, the more you'll be pushed into the algorithm.

Can I use pictures from google for example if I am making a reel regarding Virat Kohli, can I directly just get a picture of virat from google and use it on instagram ? 2.Can I take reels of other people and cut a portion of them and include it in my own reel? Basically can I combine a portion of their reel along with my clips? 3.Is there any copyright issue if I use for example bollywood songs from the Instagram audio library ? Hey man, cool will give you the answers below: 1. Yes you can, just modify them a bit, just to be safe. Like add an effect etc. while editing. 2. Yes you can take reels of other people, but don't just use their reels completely, if you're doing that just make sure that you give them credits. 3. You can use bollywood songs from Instagram library, there's no issue of copyright on IG.

If you're doing this through FB Ads manager, you're all good. But don't run "Boost Ad" directly through Instagram. If you're doing it, you can stop that, and focus on organic growth. Once you start spending on Boost Ads, Instagram will only give you reach when you spend money next time.
I use Manychat, for DM and comments automation. You can try the free plan upto certain limit. Let me know, if I answered your question. Or let me know exactly what you mean 🙌🏻

Hey man, I think it would be better to start a new account as you don’t have a lot of following. And there policies keeps on updating, so you can better contact Instagram also, if you’re facing technical issue. But I would recommend if it’s possible, just start a new account..

if it's a new account, you can't be shadow banned unless you went against community guidelines. Just keep posting, the page will get better over the time

Don't focus on one reel's performance. Stay consistent, post daily and you'll see that your old reels will also start getting more views 🙌
