No Bake Strawberry Cheesecake Parfaits | The Perfect Valentines Dessert

- These Parfaits are sure to become a family Favorite!! They are light and refreshing and taste just like a piece of cheesecake with strawberries. But so much less work! Plus they are so pretty to look at!

Ingredients:
1 Cup diced strawberries
1-2 T sugar
Cheesecake filling:
5oz very soft cream cheese
1/4 C sugar
1t vanilla
1/2 C very cold whipping cream
Crumb Mix:
1 C graham cracker crumbs
1 t sugar
2 T melted butter
