You’re a very good teacher! I love how you very calmly explain things, most other people rush things way too fast! Thanks for the lesson man
Dog great to hear from you glad you enjoyed the lesson and my style of teaching.
I always try to approach my UA-cam lessons the same way as a lesson with one of my students.

Late beginner
What about Sylvia Focus
Beautiful melody
Thanks for the video
Very nice, easy to follow. Learning riffs from TL's "Down on your Luck" (Hollywood) & "Thunder n Lightning".

@@GuitarMates thanks man youtube needs more lizzy lessons
Excellent 👍
Great content - Up the Irish
Always!
the main riff is more staccato on the e/f# part. was hoping for a lesson on the guitar solos featured in the 'live and dangerous' version.
Great lesson i made thin lizzy bass cover
Hey Jeff I just discovered your UA-cam channel love it how do use brilliant fed can't get it off big kick ribs it fit as well besides those two beds which pleased to bore of can you also do Bach the Hoople especially with Ariel bender like crash Street kids or walking with the mountain off the live album very underrated guitar player would love to hear you tackle, thank you!!!!
Try more of these, , , , , ,
Bad ass riff
the way you explained the half step tuning down, couldn't be more confusing for people who can only tune with a tuner.. there are no Eb or Ab or Db or Gb or Bb or Eb again.. but what there is are is D# G# C# F# A# and D# again it's a very simple song to play and your riff is wrong..to simplify this song.. you should show it in standard tuning and tell people to tune down a half step if you want to play with the record.. but keep on rockin dude
Your 100% correct. This was an early attempt at a lesson. Hopefully my ncurrent ones are much better.
Thanks for the sub appreciate the support!
What about the A to F#m on the second chorus?
do you have a tutorial for Thin Lizzy Warriors?
Donald K. Howatt hi Donald I don’t but I will add it to the growing list of requests that I currently have. Hope you like the channel and might consider subscribing
what tuning are you in
Its in standard, I know Lizzy tune down a half tone.
5:51 😂
It's easier if you stuck to standard tune !
Hi Paul your right. This was one of my earlier video and I still was learning the best methods. Hope you still found it useful.

@@GuitarMates Yes thanks!
I think you are sound buddy just try and talk less please 3 minutes and a advert before I saw a note just my opinion no disrespect meant
Hi Ross, thanks for the feedback. To be fair this was one of my earlier lessons and I have now cut down on the chat at the beginning. Hope you found the lesson useful when it finally started.
riff couldn't get any more simple and you're still playing it wrong
hahahahaha what a dick!!!
It can be played alternatively as I did in the past but in that case sliding over the strings would be heard. The way that guy explains is right and it gives more rockin' rolling TL sound in the case that one wouldn't like to play D dropped Djent/Extreme Metal shit style so no one would even guess it was Thin Lizzy song 😊🤘
Theres always a critic.
A DAF and all those people who agree with you did you notice he shows more than one way to play that riff
@@banjodenjoI heard that
