Hi from Idaho in the northwestern USA! I love your vlogs of Ireland. My mum, who turned 82 yesterday, and I visited the Republic of Ireland in September 2018. She was 75 then and is still just as healthy!! Anyway, we both traveled through this awesome country learning just how beautiful the people across this country truly are. May God forever protect the special spirit of Ireland and its people. ❤☘️🇨🇮
Holy crap, ive started binge watching your videos this evening and love them and im from Dundalk,so extremely excited about your next video, but want to finish this one first!
Great video. Wexford man, here. We’ve a friendly hurling rivalry with our neighbours across the Barrow river. But Kilkenny is a beautiful city and the people are great.
Inish teeg is the phoenetical name of the place you had brunch in (Inistioge), Kilkenny is a lovely county and a lovely tiny city, and full of crafts people, particularly potters....
Kilkenny is a great spot, glad you're enjoying your tour. The place up the road from Thomastown is called Inistioge which is pronounced Innish - Teeg. It is a lovely little village & there's also a beautiful scenic walk along the river just outside Woodstock house if you get a chance to return. Loved your video today.
Great that you went inland, the mistake most tourists make when they come here is that they just go to the awful rip off Temple Bar, or just go around the 'got up' Wild Atlantic Way. If you want to see the real Ireland go inland, there are some beautiful places to visit. Kilkenny is one the nicest cities in Ireland, and you mentioned Inistioge a lovely village. Another place you could have visited not too far from there is St Mullins just over the border in Co. Carlow, one of the most picturesque places in Ireland, a true hidden gem. Great vid again guys.
Nice to see you visit Sullivans. They were the original brewers of Smithwicks, but at the time R Catholics were forbidden from owning property, so Sullivans did a deal wiht a chap called Smithwick, who fronted up the business. Great city.
Enjoyed this very much. Where is nice to eat in En̈nisdymon ? Just been there the once. I love lahinch Do you have grown up children . You have the right idea travelling around enjoying yourselves while youre still young and able. Kèep going., we're loving it.
@@2GoRoamTravelsSmall correction, it’s Ennistymon, t rather than a d. Nice video. Always good to see tourists enjoying our country. You were very lucky with the weather by the way, it’s rare enough that it’s that good.
Ye are/were great to do what ye did, ...go visit a neighbouring country and see a little of how Ireland 'works' . I have to say though, & sadly, that so so many in the UK know precious little about Ireland. It's pretty shocking really. They could do with taking not a 'leaf' but several chapters from ye'er 'book' and do likewise...tour and explore. Surveys done across the EU show a high degree of knowledge and understanding between neighbouring countries. Whereas, to the average British person Ireland is almost blank!! What does that say? Btw, hope you get that citizenship. With lay-back attitudes like ye have, ye'ed be very very welcomed

Wishing you both a wonderful 2025!
There are two types of people in the world, the Irish and those who want to be Irish.
