The way Max wails, "Harrrryyyy!!!" always hits me hard. In that instant he sounds like a child begging for his father to save him. It has a vibe of "Harry can do anything! Harry can save me!" childish hopefulness. I think Harry himself feels it as he watches helplessly as Max's armadillo is blown away. It's heartrending...

A great piece of dialogue. I don’t care what anyone says. Nobody connects action and emotion like Michael Bay does. Also, credit to Trevor Rabin for this legendary score. He managed to hit every note. From the intensity to the feelings of failure and love.

This was the early 2000's in Oz, and I was in Grade 9 in High School at the time; I would play it almost every time I ever got an unfavourable result - from almost any Assessment I attempted during my time there. In looking back, It was my total comfort blanket - in the sense that a Bad result in school could never come close in comparison to whatever global issue our Planet happened to be facing at the time, especially if the World ever happened to face its very own extinction !

Psh yeah right MB. Top Gun, Crimson Tide, Remember the Titans, The Rock, Con-Air, Gone in 60 Seconds, Armageddon, Enemy of the State.....all Bruckheimer production's without which MB couldn't direct jack. Plus killer soundtracks most due to Trevor Rabin who often works with Bruckheimer.
