Yes, briana Evigan (actress who plays andie) is a dancer in real life. In terms of acting, you might recognize her from Linkin Park's "Numb" Music Video. Apart from that she's been in a few smaller movies & shows, most of them being in the Horror genre. She hasn't been doing much acting in the last few years as she's focusing more on charity work and dancing.
Briana Evigan was my favorite actress crush when I first saw her in this movie this movie was my favorite back in the day sadly they don’t make movies like these anymore
@michellehawk282 I don't know if I'd call it "a few" smaller movies and shows. If you look up her filmography on her Wikipedia page, she's been in over 20 movies, along with a handful of TV shows as well as a handful of music videos. While she's not an A-list actress (I'm not even sure if she's technically considered B-list either), she's definitely been in way more than a few films.

Moose (Adam Sevani) has an older brother named V Sevani who was in the r&b group NLT (2003-2009). He also helped choreograph a few of their music videos (That Girl and She Said I Said).
Adam also danced for many musicians back in the day. He is a big MJ fans and has danced on various of his songs such as thriller. I think he got popular because of his dancing to Michael Jackson song I remember the director said that he watched bunch of his dancing videos and that’s what made him love Adam Sevani
Step up 2 is definitely my favorite of the franchise because of the dancing and the storyline. Another movie I would suggest is Stomp the Yard. Idk why I love it so much but the routines are fire (I was also in marching band/colorguard so that might be why I like it so much lol). Either way I would recommend. Love the vids! ❤
