Was not a fan of that D- tech rotator when it was just flashing with other rotators. But wow when you put it all together it was brilliant. That was an absolute joy to see all that working together. Great job.
When Code 3 launched the Excalibur lightbar it was actually really affordable even fully loaded. Of course no LED modules existed at the time, but the full halogen/strobe or combo did. They also offered an intersection light that doubled as the alley light. The downside to this lightbar it tended to breakdown a lot. This is also the little brother to the MX7000 which too was a stellar lightbar, but it too had it's problems. I never owned either of these, but used to own an FS Aerodynic "Roscoe P Coletrane" lightbar, and I currently own a retro fitted all light Fed Sig StreetHawk. I upgraded it back in the late 90s when the all light retro kit was made available. Took a couple of years to load the entire light with the fixtures. The only ones I never got are the DynaRays (intersection lights).
I think that may be the most versatile light bar I’ve seen in a while. How old is this piece of equipment? Did you re-configure it when you got it, or is this the configuration it had when you bought it?
Cool way to squeeze in every option into the bar and change up the color footprint. Very "Code 3" style custom job!
Old school lights are the best
LED halogen and strobes
All in 1 and i love it!
That’s the ultimate bad ass lightbar

For such a old light bar, that thing has a lot of functionality..
Very nice setup! Like how you combined new and old school technology!
This light bar was great because the motors were actually louder than the siren amplifier 😂
Great light bar ❤

I assembled it with parts from at least 4 lightbars. It started its life as an 8-strobe lightbar with different LED flashers, and no other options.
I'm going on into the 5th time that I've this video. This is a Kick Ass bar.
Anyone would be proud to run with it.
Wig wag strop and halogen rotary for the department with 3 generations that can’t agree on what was best
What power supply are you using? This is a awesome set up.
Power Max regulated 12V/100A DC power supply
Gorgeous
Ohhh that sound ;)
what is the manufacturing year of this model of lightbar ?
Loudest relay I've ever heard
It’s a 700 flasher, that’s a standard click volume for them.
Kick Butt Old School Light Bar. I'm tired of the LED.
How much this item.
