Agree with your takes, it's very strange to me not only to lock the ability to spec into mapping content behind pinnacle bosses, but they made it so it's much harder to get the first points than the last points (as far as getting the key to even attempt the boss). And Expedition went from probably the best early league mechanic to being completely useless outside of farming uniques from the boss, when I open a logbook if there isn't a boss icon I just leave and open a new map
I love your videos. I watch them all the time. My opinion of POE2 Atlas system is for the maps and waste stones. I agree I love the infinite nature of the atlas system. For the atlas passive tree I think the atlas tree may be simplistic by design. By having each of the mechanics having their own separated area, it allows them to add new mechanics without having to overall the entire tree to fit them. This also works in reverse that if they decided at some point to remove our mechanic, they can do so without having to alter the treat. I agree, though, that the mechanic being locked behind the boss is definitely not a good way of doing it, but I thought that came to me immediately after watching your video is what if they did the points for the mechanics the same way they do currently the points for the tree so for example you get a point for betrayal for every ex number of betrayal, mechanic maps that you run therefore, if you really like the betrayal content, and you’re able to go out and run a whole bunch of betrayal mechanics in the maps you will get the points you need to further customize your betrayal tree?
I agree with you besides the atlas map thing, it's so boring to spend 10 maps travelling just to have like 4-5 really good maps and the other are decent with 70-90 quant rolls and after all the travelling it's finally time to play the 7 tower buffed 110 quant map and it turns out to be vaal factory lol but the biggest problems are, 1- poe 2 interfering with poe 1 *already*, 2- to make poe 2 good they have to make it closer to poe 1 (crafting, expanding atlas, diversty, speed or density, etc etc) so in 1 year they will become too similar that it's pointless to play one of them
I highly agree with the critique. It just highlights how it's incomplete, they're most likely going to be adding more and more leagues into POE2 and the tree will be more complete.

I enjoy killing mobs , and chill ... poe2 can't offer competition vs poe1 on that , they want 3min boss fight's ( nice , first 2-3 times ) but after 200 3min fight on the Boxx X ... I can't see it happening , it's a good game poe2 , but can't invision my self to play it ( way 2 slow for my taste , way way ! )
I really don't understand how they f.... up the atlas tree so much. The Atlas tree in Poe1 was one of the better changes they did in the endgame, and now they throw us this bland mess of an Atlas tree. I think they should just put something like in POE1 for now, and re-think later, if they want something diferent.

Good to see one of the best now in poe2! Really liked your videos for years.

i hope they improve the endgame in poe2 asap, otherwise it will die and everyone will go back to poe1
for me the atlas in poe2 is like a 7 or an 8 but the last ARPG i played was diablo 2. if i played poe 1 like you i can totally see it being a 3 or so.
i hate diferent maps , if you whant random maps just do all maps ,but you don't
First !
poe 2 one of the worst game i ever tried its far away from poe 1 IMO
Must not have played many games then
why because your RMT shop in POE1 lost customers going to POE2?
@ what? i am casual player never use rmt nor having shop
