We are been unfair to Poch, honestly. With the amount of injuries, the fact that most players bought are below par and have never played at the highest level, we have a new squad that is still getting to know one another and the fact that we have seen some good results against big clubs under Poch. Give Poch till January 2025 and see how things shape up for the team. No team will loose about 10 of their best and experienced players and be the same. Flick is not even known for developing a young team, so what are we doing?

Unfair? What has he done all year? Despite Injuries we till have players that'll get into big teams. We should be punching higher than Vila and Tottenham, Tott had Emerson playing center back at some point, they had thwrr own fair of injuries, good luck with mediocrity keeping Poch
You can argue some injuries are his fault ie. rushing players back and training method.. never seen a club with so many players re-aggravating injuries in training..

We were worst last year giving all the experience players last year compare to this year where we are playing better and in a much better position with ALL NEW INJURY PLAYERS. The players signed are good but Poch can't coach them to reach their potential. If those boys go play for klopp or pep, you will see how they will sharpen up.

We should focus on upgradeing goalkeeper and sell sanchez and kepa. We should try to buy Xavi Simons bc he can play leftwinger or cam and can change with nkunku and play alongside each other. Then ofcourse we need to sign Osimhen. My opinion we should sell badiashile and not charlobah, keep maatsen and sell chilwell. Sell sterling, lukaku, broja, casedei and carney. sell hakim and sarr also. Also we need to decide between omari or noni. We can get 40 million for one of them to help us fund the signings

It is a bit contradictory to say we should sign Estevao (a completely unnecessary signing) for 55 mill, which would push us to sell Chalobah or Gallagher but completely disregarding getting Tosin on a free because it force out Chabolah.
I like Chalobah but I wont pretend he is a world class player that is key within our squad. Ideally I wouldn’t sell him but if we need to balance the books, selling him for 30 mill and getting Tosin for free is actually really good business. Much better than signing more teenagers that have no pathway into the first team like Estevao
It isn’t contradictory. He’s against signing more young players unless he believes them to be the best of the best in their age or position. I can understand why for Estevao based on watching him or hearing Brazilians speak about him. Niinii also said the same about Endrick mind you.
More to the point, you don’t know that signing Estevao Willian would require a sale of one of those two, since he wouldn’t even be able to join Chelsea until the season after next making Chalobah to Tosin an unnecessary downgrade and losing out on a huge talent.

That is why I felt it was contradictory to be advocating the Estevao signing and then proceeding to rant about the club selling all the academy grads for purely financial reasons. Its one or the other, you can’t have both. If Chalobah ends up being sold, along with Silva leaving, then Chelsea need a CB and hence Adarabioyo on a free would be a good option. So completely dismissing it whilst being really positive about signing Estevao felt illogical

Willian wouldn’t join this upcoming season so selling Chalobah this summer would be an unrelated sale. Niinii’s point is to not replace academy players with inferior players. If Chalobah was going to be replaced by Hummels or Hermoso, there wouldn’t be as much complaining but Chalobah to Tosin can’t be seen as anything but a painfully sideways move (at best). Additionally, you don’t know the exact financial predicament of the club so I wouldn’t make such a declarative statement.
@@xavier1752 Chelsea literally had to sell a hotel to comply with P&R, which is not telling of a strong financial position. When the player joins Chelsea is irrelevant, by agreeing a fee, the club has to finance it and that is done at our club by selling academy products. So the two are related
The Adarabioyo move is not necessary and if Chelsea don’t have to sell Chalobah to comply with P&R then I wouldn’t sell him and signing Tosin would be pointless.
If Chelsea do sell Chalobah, who is honestly a squad player, replacing him player that is a statistically better CB, though less versatile, for free is smart business. And leaves funds to be used for other positions that Chelsea need right now, like a target man striker to provide a different threat to Jackson

I don't mind Tosin at all, I really like the guy as a player, I don't see how getting him on a free is a bad thing. IF it means him coming in gets rid of Trev guaranteed, then no I don't want it, but if it means someone like Disasi goes, then I'm ok with that. We gotta remember Gilchrist is going on Loan next season (reportedly), and we've been crippled with injuries so I don't think its bad business at all, especially if we get Europe but that's just me

Brother, it does matter to some degree, but experienced players/seasoned veterans or not, you don't just casually have a nearly 85% winning streak. The guy knows how to win. I think he is to technical for national football as compared to day to day club involvement. Man would get this Chelsea squad firing in no time.
Tosin is a very good addition to the squad, I still do not have the confidence that Wesley Foofana will not get injured after returning. Tosin is a direct replacement for Thiago Silva.

We played really well in some games. I just wished we picked up more pts away from home. We need to fight for the team, fight for the shirt and the fans.

If you look at Jackson, Palmer, Caicedo and Noni, would you sack Poch? I mean, the growing up in Nico is worth another year. Poch seems to really grow these players and that's ultimately what the owners want, so we can win the future of football and not just break football like the Roman empire.

I think Estevao Willian would be a good signing cause he seems to be a talent but we have so many right wingers I’m wondering what would happen to all of them, we have Madueke, Angelo, Palmer, Paez, Diego Moreira, Hutchinson. Coulple of them will have to be sold
Poch stays. All this hiring a new manager talk gotta stop. We've had our troubles but the players are clearly playing for Poch and there's been a good level of growth in the players and things can only look up. It's been a yoyo season for sure and yes, Poch has had his shortfalls but it's not just on him. One thing I can highlight is that no matter how bad we play, this team creates chances and if we have THAT striker, the story is different and yet we've already scored more than last season. Players like Noni have improved a lot under this same coach... So I am Poch in. Always have been.

The man is tactically clueless and is a bad fit for these group and talent profile. He needs to go. A victory against Tottenham Hotspur isn't going to change my mind. I get that some fans are worried about the potential disruption of the squads development but the fact is that he isn't the right fit. Look at Maatsen for example. What is difficult now is that players must be sold before July 1 this year. Which players other than the homegrown ones can we sell? Unfortunately, the sporting directors messed up the first two transfer windows buying players which forced us to sell them last transfer window and depend on these newer players. Surely they wouldn’t sell their new players from a business point of view. we have to remember that we will be severely punished by the league if we do not sell. This is all on the sporting directors. I don’t want to see Gallagher go nor do I want to see Chalobah go
Flick is actually a great choice for Chelsea because the blues are most dangerous when they press high and they got the stamina to do it.
If we get araujo in place of Silva, that will be a good decision.

I do like and rate Flick. I think he is a good manager. But but we shouldnt get him atm. If we manage to get 9 pts outta next 4 games we should get european football. Finish with 17 more points then last season. With a squad crushed by injuries for the whole season. If we sack the manager then get at least some1 like Amorin with his own vision and identity on the pitch. Might be one more year of dry spell.

Poch IN. Give him another season or even two. I’m tired of us not having stability. Look at our women’s side. We had Emma Hayes for a decade or so and found immense success. Granted this year ain’t been the best for her but stability is crucial to allow a side to develop and let the cohesion flow

Honestly, the idea of Flick scares me. He has had 2 full time management jobs; Bayern and Germany. One was a major success and one a catastrophic failure. I don’t have much faith that he will get Chelsea up to that Bayern level because his football is very vulnerable to counter attack, which will get exploited in the PL and our player quality isnt enough to dominate like that
