Gotta love the 66. I have an Artesian Tourquoise 66 but it's a conv with 427 ..... black top bl ack interior. Not the big kuhuna but 395 hp. All paper work...protecto plate....solid car. Many options. My fave in our collection. In my opinion one of Chevrolets greatest masterpieces
One of my best high school friends had a Caprice like this. It was black on black with the 396 motor and 4 speed. It was the nicest driving car I've ever driven for ride and adequate power. I'm a mopar man but the ride of this Caprice sold me on it.
What a nice thing about my memorials ! My uncle has a 65 just like this and same color when i was ten . We traveled all around the kingdom of Iran 44 years ago before the dinosaurs government . Here was paradise of american v8 cars at those days.
Hope you still keep that beauty. So big, yet elegant. And that black vinyl top looks so good on that body colour. It is shimmering man, deserves to be exhibited in a jewellery shop.
you can see yesterday's iron parked in today's plastic car garages! that imp barely made it out of that garage! while you easily can put 2 priuses in there. love yesterday's iron more than today's plastic! 2:30 - check out those engines heads! flat and wide!
Wasn’t as great as a lot of you had, but we had a 68 Caprice Wagon that I convinced my dad to get the 327, turbo hydro and front disk brakes. It would do some neat things.
man i drove a hundred thousand miles behind the wheels of a 66 in my drive way as a kid me and my best friend would act out going on a road trip same car color and cool .
A family friend had a maroon '66 coupe back in the early '70s. My neighbor had a Bel Air sedan of the same vintage. Another family friend had a Caprice wagon. I miss cars with style, we just don't see them much anymore up North.
The color, the Cragars, vinyl top. big block with nice exhaust note - just a sweet machine. This car would make any driver look good, well, almost.....😜
I LOVE you car. whoever did your car did a fantastic job, i love the that you kept the car factory and just the fact that its a 396 four speed car just makes it ten times better my dad owns a 66 as well its a convertible with the 283 and 2 speed powerglide, painted it a similar blue. im working on getting my liscens and have gotten to drive it and its a blast so i cannot begin to imagine the fun you have with your car if i can il send you some picture Nick
bigredchevy your car is an inspiration of what i want my car to look like. i to own a 66 chevy impala 2 door sports coupe with a 396 big block. you have an awsome car sir. i hope my car can look half as good as yours.

Look at this beautiful ROLING piece of art, those bobble heads in California and DC want you to drive a Prius , those tree hugger sex changers can do what they want to each other but leave the car design’s right here in DETROIT, and I have a message for you electric car people (🖕) that is from MOTOWN 😎😁
I'm a Ford man at heart, but you've got to love the cars that came out of GM in the sixties -- two thumbs up!

Beautiful 66. My favourite Impala. Love the colour and the rims. Hate seeing these cars with those oversized wheels.
I remember when these cars out. It was a time when cars were just cool and people knew it. Today most people drive pods.
